so, i was on youtube seeing tiktok videos, as one usually do, and i saw a tiktok of an ace girl being surprised bc she discovered that people call each other "hot" is bc you feel hot when you see that person, like, physically hot, and... is that true? is that what happens? bc i might be ace if thats really how sexual attraction works

How can you weaponize empathy? Empathy is the ability to feel how others feel and understand what they are feeling in a giving situation, right? So how can that be used against others?

There's a few ways I can think of:

1. Using your empathy to tell someone they're actually feeling something else than what they claim, even when it's rude / out of line to do so.

2. Using your empathy to promote the idea that you're an incredibly morally just, caring, loving person, even in situations where you're being very hurtful or out of line.

3. Using your empathy to say that people without empathy are monsters, even if they're trauma victims, working on it, recovering, etc., because you personally base your own morality on your empathy.

Altegender

altegender: pronounced “alt-eh-gender” derived from shortening the phrase “alternate existence.” It is a xenogender that feels as though it’s in a parallel dimension, on a different plane, in a mirror universe, or just in an alternate existence.  an understanding of a gender, but it feels distant. It can work as a prefix with other words to form more specific genders, like altegirl, alteboy, altenby, altexirl, altexoy, and altefluid.

altegirl/altewoman:

someone whose gender feels like it is female, but as though it’s  in a parallel dimension, on a different plane, in a mirror universe, or just in an alternate existence.  an understanding of a female gender, but it feels distant.

alteboy/alteman:

someone whose gender feels like it is male, but as though it’s  in a parallel dimension, on a different plane, in a mirror universe, or just in an alternate existence. an understanding of a male gender, but it feels distant.

altenby:

someone whose gender feels like it is nonbinary/genderqueer, but as though it’s  in a parallel dimension, on a different plane, in a mirror universe, or just in an alternate existence. an understanding of a nonbinary gender, but it feels distant.

altequeer:

someone who feels/identifies as Queer (genderqueer or just Queer,)  but as though it’s  in a parallel dimension, on a different plane, in a mirror universe, or just in an alternate existence. an understanding of a Queer gender, but it feels distant.

altexirl:

someone whose gender feels like it is in some way nonbinary girl or nonbinary girl-adjacent, but as though it’s  in a parallel dimension, on a different plane, in a mirror universe, or just in an alternate existence. an understanding of a female adjacent/aligned gender, but it feels distant.

altexoy:

someone whose gender feels like it is in some way a nonbinary boy or nonbinary boy-adjacent, but as though it’s  in a parallel dimension, on a different plane, in a mirror universe, or just in an alternate existence. an understanding of a male adjacent/aligned gender, but it feels distant.

altefluid:

wild and really disturbing how hard it is to get people to accept they dont ‘need’ to wear makeup to exist in public. like, you say that and the response will be “yeah! you dont need to have an hour long routine quick and sloppy makeup looks good too” and youre like, no, you actually dont need to wear it at all and the response is like “yeah! honestly all you need is foundation and eyeliner you dont need all that extra stuff” into infinity
