Hello, I am Mahmoud Al-Sir, married to Sherine Hussein, and I live with my father and mother

We live in the midst of the ongoing hellish war in Gaza, trapped between walls of fear and despair

We struggle daily to survive in an environment full of threats and dangers.

I lost my source of livelihood, which made me unable to provide for my family's needs and ensure their safety. The war destroyed our home, forcing us to flee repeatedly and making us homeless.

e are now facing great difficulty in providing a safe place to live, clean clothes, and food. In addition, my father suffers from asthma and needs constant treatment, and my mother had an eye operation earlier, and the summer heat and cooking over a fire greatly affected her eyes.

Our only hope now is to escape this ongoing nightmare and find a safe haven for our family. However, this requires huge financial costs. The coordination fee to cross the border is $5,000 per adult, an amount I cannot afford alone

We urgently appeal for your moral and financial assistance to cover the costs necessary to escape to a safe environment, where we can build a better future for my family and ensure their safety.

I have been missing my sweet boy so much recently. Unfortunately my beautiful golden retriever Bo who was 11 and the heart of my family passed away two months ago. I was raised in a family where our pets were considered family members as well, so losing Bo felt as if I lost my brother. It was sudden and while we got to say goodbye I still feel so lost. I can’t even begin to express the pain I constantly feel and how hard it is to see everyone else in my family mourn him.

Bo you were the light of everyone’s lives and especially the light of mine. My anxiety has gotten worse since you passed and I miss when you knew I was anxious, always coming to my rescue to let me hug you despite the fact you would rather have mom give you kisses. I miss when you would finally feel like giving me a kiss and you always sniffed my eye before giving me a quick kiss.

I commissioned one of my favorite artists @chimchiri for this beautiful piece of my precious Bo. So much care and thoughtfulness was put into it, it came out beautifully especially once we got it canvas printed. His presence and beauty was captured so well along with is favorite toy. Yeah you lost me when you called us freaks who need evidence, of course we want evidence because in this day and age misinformation can be spread so easily and so I don’t think we were wrong to ask for proof and not just taking your word for it. it’s a little hypocritical for you to say we’re dumb for wanting proof when it was clear that bunnie being a shit person was a shock and that you can’t trust that everyone’s a good person, so I don’t think it’s a bad thing to want visual PROOF because why should we have trusted you blindly?
