He remembers texting Pax when he was drunk, but, until he reads over them in the morning,he doesn’t really remember the content. And then he does. And he is just as ready for whatever the other has planned for him as he was the night previous.  He has a gig that night, but after sending off a couple more texts, the two decide to meet up beforehand. But first, he needs to shower. He smells like a distillery. 

He doesn’t remember how, exactly, he and Pax had become so close, but he realizes as he’s packing his bag for whatever the night has for him, that he kind of trusts the guy with his life. So when he slides into the bar stool next to him, he tells him exactly that “Okay, do your absolute worst, I trust you” he tells him, ordering a drink despite it being kind of early in the day. He hopes the other doesn’t ask about that. “I should tell you I look great in purple”  @qweenpax

It’s another great gig, in a bar that’s got a small, intimate concert venue just tucked away in the back.  He’s a little bit stoned, and a little bit drunk, and he relishes in the way the crowd sings their songs back at them. He’s had his doubts, about coming back, but apparently there’s still fans out there, and for that he’s grateful. After hopping off stage, signing a few t-shirts and taking a few photos, the rest of the band decide it’s time for a celebratory drink. He never turns down a drink, so he has a beer, and a few laughs before he breaks off from the crowd. He’s ordering another drink when he spots her and, he remembers seeing her, in the crowd of people near the bar during the show. While he waits for his drink, he turns to her, smiling “so, what did you think of the show?” he asks, and he’s not fishing for compliments, but she doesn’t seem like she has any idea who the band is, and sometimes, that’s the best person to get an honest opinion from. @pippadalton

Tessa set her glass of water down on her coffee table, pausing House Hunters before she went to the door. She rolled her eyes seeing her twin smoking through the peep hole, but still opened the door for him, dramatically coughing in a not-so-subtle hint. “Hey, Ty,” she hacked, turning to walk back to her spot on the couch.

Tyler narrowed his eyes at her fake, dramatic coughing, and even more at the way she barely greeted him before turning back into her apartment. He died out the cigarette and followed her inside, shutting the door behind him with a kick of his foot “Oh hey, nice to see you too, Tess.” he said, voice laced with sarcasm. He stands in front of her while she sits on the couch, stuffs his hands into his pockets “okay, what the fuck is going on with you?” he asks, and now his voice is filled with concern.

He knew Tessa was concerned about him. She knew him probably better than he knew himself most of the time, and so he was surprised to receive a text about his well being from her.  He could admit he missed his sister, that it felt weird being so out of contact with her when usually they spent too much time together.  And then it was his turn to be concerned. What had happened with her and Jonny, and why hadn’t she told him about it? She was the first person he went to after everything with Ivy, so it unsettled him to feel like she didn’t want him to know something. Still, he paid his bar tab, made a quick stop at home to change, so he didn’t show up smelling like a distillery, and made his way to her place. He even gave her the courtesy of knocking, even though he had a key. He shoved one hand into his pocket, finding the pack of cigarettes there, he let one, taking a drag as he waited for her to answer the door. @tessaxnoelle
