NutraCheck doesn't require premium idt (I have premium so don't remember but I recall using it before) and the free version only allows you to log 5 items

As an adult I really don't want to give y'all tips. I shouldn't have to log on to a notification and it's yet another minor ignoring my boundaries. These things ARE boundaries and are set for user protection and comfort. Just spend all of 5 seconds breezing someones blog. I know accidents sometimes happen but all too often I click on a 15yo that's followed me and all they do is reblog 18+ accs and likely follow them. Respect people's boundaries

1. Hide your likes and following there are people on here that will report any 3D accounts and this is how they are able to get you and all of your moots deleted
2. Please for the love of god put something about your age in your pinned post or bio if you’re an adult. It doesn’t have to be the exact age but at least 18+. Most people in this community don’t want to interact with minors. If you are a minor you can put your age but since there are lots of predators in this community it’s understandable if you’re uncomfortable doing that. The adults in this community just work under the assumption that ageless blogs are minor and they won’t interact with them
3. Don’t reblog other people’s posts with tags you will get the OP’s account rep0rted. If you didn’t create the original post don’t add tags. Even if you say something when you reblog don’t add tags. And especially do not add tags are aren’t 3dblr related
4. Absolutely do not send unsolicited m3ansp0 no you are t motivating them or helping them out you’re just being a d1ck plain and simple
5. If you aren’t actively recovering or you post triggering content don’t use the recovery tags. Obviously it’s not your responsibility if someone in recovery finds your blog but don’t invade safe recovery spaces with purposely triggering content
6. If your moot decides to recover and you can’t be supportive or positive go ahead and block them now. They are doing an extremely brave and difficult thing and they deserve only love and support from the rest of us

Pr0 always did mean this. I remember back in the 2000s you'd have people telling you if you were a size 0 you were wanna and not real and you'd have to be 00 or 000 to be "real" and sht. Pr0 started to mean Those people. I think it has changed slightly as to what is and isn't pr0 but there also seems to be a movement recently where people make out pr0 never meant promoting which it always DID. Most of these people seem to be younger so I genuinely don't know if it's a generational thing/time has moved on and changed over the years/etc, but 🤷🏻‍♂️
If posting thinspø is pro then start reporting all the fitness influencers posting the same images vastly distorted for mental health and encouraging, "self mutilati0n" as Blr likes to call it when it's terms us.
I've never seen giving tips as inherently pro. It CAN be pr0 or you could be giving someone tips that are healthier than what they would have done if you hadn't answered. It depends on the person asking and the situation. Posting recipes can be pr0, or it can be the only way someone eats something in a week. Any action can be pr0 AND harm reduction depending on the situation, the person asking, the person giving the advice/etc and a ton of other things.
These things are not black and white as people like to make out.
This what is and isn't pr0 argument is all so annoying and been going on for way too long
Im sorry to say but if youre posting thinspo and teaching people how to avoid eating I domt think youre not pro im just saying
Then maybe the definition has changed and went over my head? When i started this blog being pro was PROmoting or encouraging others to develop 3ds, people who thought that 4n4 was the purist form of being. I thought i was clear on the fact that i don’t wish this on anyone, fuck i hate having this d1sorder. I ise this blog as a note-to-self type thing
I do not condone or promote this lifestyle and want people to get help.
But if this definition no longer fits, let me know and i will take it off my page
