[ 9:46 pm ] Matching Set
# Pairing: ătenjikuă Sanzu Haruchiyo x ăgnă Reader
# Summary: Date night ends with him giving you a gift.
Being the s/o of a vice captain of Tenjiku had its downsides. Always having the risk of being targeted for example. Sanzu knew this of course, doing everything in his power to make sure you are safe as a result. From making his members keep an eye on you when he had business to attend to per Muchoâs request, to teaching you basic self defense.
He never wants a day to come where you would be harmed, god forbid that it ever happens, but those precautions helped to ease his mind.
But knowing Tenjikuâs enemies, if any had the balls to go against him or you, he needed to make sure you could defend yourself to the best of your ability if they decided to pull any dirty tricks.
And he had the perfect idea of a gift for you that would benefit you, and ease his worries.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
âThank you for taking me out tonight, Haru.â Turning to smile up at him, you watched as his eyes closed, cheeks slightly raised, letting you know he was smiling underneath the black mask he always wore whenever he was out in public. A sweet smile you only got to see when away from the public eye.
He retaliated with a silent âyouâre welcomeâ by squeezing your hand that was in his. While he may not show much emotion, you could tell just by the look of his eyes that he was grateful you let him drag you around the city for a bit.
Continuing the walk to your house, he kept thinking of the one thing he forgot to do. Going through an imaginary list in his head, he went through all the ideas he had for today, knowing he was missing just one thing.
Just before reaching the gates of your home, he finally remembered the last thing he needed to do before the night ended, gaining a small burst of energy in excitement. âBefore I forget, cover your eyes!â
Your brows raised, knowing he was up to something from the tone of his voice. But you could hear the persistent whine in his voice, begging you to listen and comply with his request. âCome on, you trust me!â
And he knows you do. You always trust him. So covering your eyes with your hands, you listened to him ruffle his clothes around, digging into his pockets for a specific item he had stored within them. âHold your hands out, but keep your eyes closed!â
Doing as he said, you held out your hands when he placed the item onto them, almost dropping it at the weight, but stopped when his hands caught your hands in his palms. The item felt soft, like a sort of fabric, but with something obviously heavy inside it. âOkay you can open your eyes now.â
Opening your eyes, you're met with a small black holster atop your hands. Curiously looking back up at him, you saw the ways his eyes lit up, and so, grabbing the matching black handle sticking out of one end, you pulled it out until met with a silver blade, so shiny that you could see your reflection, so sharp you could cut anything.
At the top edge, where the blade met the handle, was his name engraved into the metal. You looked up to see him removing his mask, diamond scars pulling to the side to showcase him smiling with delight, eyes lit up like a child on Christmas day.
âOh! I got us matching ones!â Lifting up his right pant leg, he pulled out a similar blade and held it up against yours. Both looked exactly the same, except for the âHaruchiyoâ engraved on yours, and the âY/nâ engraved on his.
You had to admit, the blades were flawless. Each edge, each dip, even the handle, all hand crafted with care.
Not having to utter a word, he already knew what you were questioning by the side eye you were giving him. âItâs for self defense. You can put the holster on your calf or thigh to keep it hidden.â
You couldnât help but match his smile, turning over the blade back and forth to see it glisten under the moonlight.
âHelp me put it on?â The corners of his mouth stretched into a larger grin, if that was even possible. He kneeled down, taking the holster from your hands as he strapped it around your leg, making sure it wouldnât fall or ride up, not too tight, not too loose.
Looking down at it in awel you slide the blade back into its holder, watching it fall into place with ease.
He did the same by placing his blade back into its place next to his calf where it originally rested, hidden under the pant leg of his pants.
âIt's beautiful. Thank you Haru.â Wrapping your arms around his neck, you pulled him down to press a kiss against his scared lips, feeling as his hands moved to rest against your waist and kissing back in return.
âJust one last question.â He hummed lightly in response, pushing to feel your forehead against his. âHow are the blades matching so perfectly?â
Not even needing to look down at his lips to see that same grin form on his mouth, he pulled away from you slightly, and proudly replied. âI told the guy making them that if he didnât make them match perfectly then I would beat him with a wrench.â
Yeah, dating the vice captain of one of the biggest gangs in Yokohama had its ups and downs, but being the loyal person he was, he would do anything to keep you safe and happy. The matching blade set allowed for him to show his care for you in his own little way.
And you love him for it âĄ.

[ 11:37 pm ] Poker Night
# Paring: ăbontenă Kokonoi Hajime x ăgnă Reader
# Summary: Conning men with the love of your life.
Buzzers going off, people cheering, smoking filling the air, and money. Money in the form of checks, chips, paper, coins, everywhere. Exchanged, lost, won, rotating these forms as the night continued.
Just another normal Saturday night with Kokonoi.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
âHim.â The two of you stood at the VIP section, eyes following his finger to stare at the man at the opposite end of the invisible line.
And the man at the end of the invisible line couldnât flaunt his âwealthâ any louder. Cigar hanging from his lips, head thrown back in laughter as greedy hands reached for the won poker chips at the center of the table. And no doubt the women hanging off his left arm were just doing so in hopes of scoring a few hundred off him.
An easy target he would be.
âHm, how much do you think I can get off him?â You turned back to Kokonoi, watching as he swirled his drink around the glass a few times, thinking.
âNothing less than a hundred thousand.â
Kokonoi could make any amount of money easily, it's been known as his âthing.â Being a part of Bonten allowed for that, his skills allowed for extra. But watching you acquire the cash, similar to how he got his minions to get his sums when he was younger, made him feel something.
Something that made him flush on the inside, not wanting to look away from you for a second.
And you, seeing how proud he looked after, and the amount of cash you got at the end, make it even more thrilling and worth it.
Moving to sit at the poker table next to the man that Kokonoi pointed out, you already planned out how you were going to milk the money off of this man, seeing how he already made the people around him to make space for you to sit right next to him.
âYou sure you wanna play here? This isnât just some playground.â His tone made you want to roll your eyes, but no, you couldnât. You didnât want to ruin the plan this early in the night.
Batting not so innocent eyelashes at the man, you watched as a grin spread across his face as you spoke up with a voice dripping with tainted honey. âOh? Then could you teach me how to play?â
Even if it was just the two of you seated at the table, his voice drowned out, words going through one ear and out the other. You already knew how to play, it was child's play at this point due to the number of poker nights Ran and Rindou held at their shared penthouse. But letting the man think he had the power would be useful to win over his wages.
Playing dumb, the mans eyes grew wide when you pulled out handfuls of the round, colorful coins fron your bag, sorting through them, silently counting the amount by looking at the color of them. Laid out on the table was a total sum of a thousand dollars in poker chips. âCan I start the bet with this?â
The sinister grin received by the man was enough to let you know he wanted to con you for your money, and maybe yourself too. He nodded eagerly. âLetâs get started then, shall we?â
His greedy grin only grew as he accumulated more and more of your chips as each round passed on, his pile growing into small mounds on the table, almost doubling what he originally had. Sporting a fake pout and letting a small huff, you laid your head on the table, puppy dog eyeing the man while he sat there chuckling. âGuess your luck ran out.â
Faking a sigh, you lift your head, sporting a little smile before turning back to the man. âIâm out of chips.â You were getting tired of listening to the man and playing dumb. When you finally beat him, how joyful you would feel.
âNeed a loan, lovely?â Well if it isnât your knight in shining armor who finally decided to leave the sidelines and watch up close.
Seating himself on the stool next to yours, head resting on his palm placed atop the edge of the table. Oh, how flawless he looked. Platinum locks styled perfectly, thanks to yourself, and a three piece red suit tailored to fit his body. Hot, perfect, clean, professional, unlike the man to your other side whose vest did not match his dress shirt, tie loosely done, hair messy.
âYou sure you want to man? Theyâve been losing all night.â That irritating laugh rippled through the air once again making you almost roll your eyes. âBut if you insist.â Seems like he was too drunk to realize who he was talking to.
Pulling out the same amount of chips sitting on the man's side of the table, Kokonoi slid them over to you, both watching in amusement as the man's eyes grew wide. âYouâre really gonna give them all that? Youâre gonna go bankrupt. Iâm going all in then. Last round for me.â
You turned to Kokonoi, both grinning like the Cheshire cat. Both about to ruin the man's ego. So badly.
You both watched as the man grinned when the cards were dealt. His poker face, gone, most likely thinking he already won. But you and Kokonoi knew better.
âFour. Of. A. Kind.â Putting all his cards down one by one, putting unneeded emphasis for each word he spoke, he was already reaching for yours, Kokonoiâs, chips.
But the man was cut short, letting out a yelp when a knife, Kokonoiâs knife, landed right in front of, millimeters away from, his fingertips. âAh, ah. Hands to yourself. They havenât even shown their cards yet.â
He retracted his hand, fast, letting you place down your cards one by one, mimicking him just seconds ago. âA royal flush,â you said as you finished placing the cards down. The best hand anyone could have, laid right in front of everyone at the green table.
You wished you could have taken a picture of the manâs face when he saw your cards. The five stages of grief passing through his eyes. âThatâsâ howâ thatâs not possibleâ.â
Reaching over, you hoarded his chips to your chest, grinning madly at watching the man cripple in distress over his lost funds. âGuess my luck hasnât run out after all.â
Pouring the tens, hundreds of chips into your bag, you got ready to leave the table when the man reached for your arm. It was for only a second, his hand maybe only grazed your arm due to Kokonoi's quick movements.
Pushing you behind him, his gun was pointed right between the manâs eyes, a kill shot. A slight move of his finger and bang, the man would be dead in a mere second. âLay a hand on my fiancĂ© again and youâll have a bullet in your head. Understood?â
The realization of who was in front of him finally kicked in, the fear of his life hanging on the edge finally made him realize who's casino he was in, and how the owner was standing right in front of him. You watched as the man nodded quickly before scurrying away as fast as he could, tail between his legs.
When Kokonoi finally turned around after making sure the man was out of sight, he pulled your arms around his neck, his arms moving around to lightly grasp your waist, bringing his mouth to the tips of your ears before speaking. âMan, he was annoying.â
Letting him enjoy the only laugh he wants to hear for the rest of his life that arose from his response, you gave him a quick kiss on his lips before taking the bag of your winning chips and walking towards the VIP section. âLetâs cash these out!â
Oh, how he adores you âĄ.

# Paring: ăbonten arcă Sanzu Haruchiyo x ăgnă Reader
# Status: Completed.
# Summary: Just the âoh so wonderfulâ and chaotic life of Bontenâs number two and his lovely spouse.
# Table of Contents: Here.
Valentineâs day. The day where couples come together, red roses and a heart box of chocolate in hand for their partner. Where love seems to be stronger for that one day in February that is marked on everyoneâs calendar. The day of love and affection.
But to Sanzu, and you, the so-called âday of love and affectionâ happened everyday. He didnât need a day to dictate when he should show the most emotion to you. You didnât need a day to show him more love than usual. You both didnât need to follow in society's footsteps for ânormality.â
Normality is boring. And with Sanzu, nothing was ever boring.
But he thought, why not indulge in most couples favorite day, and exploit them with his favorite person? Said person being you, of course.
And so, the day started around noon, him finally agreeing to leave the warm comfort of the bed while spewing words along the lines of âif you loved me you would let me sleepâ and âyouâre lucky I love you.â You laughed him off, pressing light kisses along his scars and lips as a silent âsorry,â watching him melt into your hands at the affection being brought upon him.
He left not too long after, still in his pajamas, with no explanation other than the wide grin on his face saying that he will be back home in no time.
While gone, you set out for the kitchen to make breakfast, something easy seeing that today, you and your husband had big plans.
Just when you were setting the table, your one and only burst through the door with a bouquet of red roses, your stereotypical flowers for this celebration.
âGot them for free.â Of course he did. You didnât care how he got them, whether it was stealing them from a stand and running, or threatening the workers. Itâs the thought that counts.
As it was only the beginning of Valentineâs Chaos Day.
Breakfast was a delight, the flowers placed in a clear vase centered on the kitchen island, and you and Sanzu planning the next event for the day.
âWanna go up to random couples in public and yell that they are cheating?â Glancing down to your lap, youâre met with his blue eyes and the same cheeky smile that has been on display the whole day.
âHell yeah.â
And so, you both got dressed in the most luxury, and matching, attire and headed out the door.
Driving around the city, you both were looking for the restaurant filled with the most happy couples. After a game of rock, paper, scissors, you winning, you got to go first in picking the location.
The restaurant you choose was one that was always booked, reservations having to be made weeks, months in advance. The people inside were sure to be having fun, happy that they were able to spend today in one of the best places in the city.
But you and Sanzu? Just needed to walk through the door to get a table. Perks of being well known because of Bonten.
Sitting down, you scanned each of the tables, trying to pick out the couple that seemed the most sane, happy even.
âThat one. They got wine on the table so you can throw it in the guy's face.â Sanzu looked more hyped about this play than you, but he always was the more chaotic one of you two.
He was overly excited for what was about to happen, eyes lit up like a child on Christmas morning. Nothing made him happier than having his beloved spouse partake in his randomness.
Taking the corner of the napkin, you dipped it in your water glass and dabbed the water onto your eyes, adding to your act.
By this time, Sanzu was barely holding in his chuckles. Grabbing his phone, he set the video to play, camera pointing to where you would be standing in a few seconds.
You set off for the table, fake tears ready, voice set to be shaky.
Just a few feet before you reached the table, action. And the scene has begun. âYou said you were going to the doctor to get tested for HIV. But instead youâre out with her!? Ten years down the drain because you canât keep your dick in your pants!â
And for the finale, you grabbed the womanâs glass of wine and threw it in his face. You let out one last fake sob before fast walking out the front door, Sanzu sneaking out right behind you, almost tripping with how hard he was laughing.
He caught out in his arms, pulling you to stand close to the door of the restaurant while hiding your face from everyone else. Close enough to the door for you to hear the last bits of the conversation between the couple you might have broken up even with the giggles leaving both your mouths.
Grabbing your wrist, lightly, he pulled you away to where the car was, illegally, parked on the side alley of the restaurant. Once seated in the passenger seat, him in the drivers, your lips both met over the middle console of the car. That being the only thing separating you both and stopping him from pulling you into his lap.
âYour turn Haru.â Leaning back into your seat, much to his dismay, he started the car and drove off to his location of choice. And that place being the local city park. It was a gorgeous place for a picnic, or just spending a day with the family with its large pond and playground for children. A beautiful, peaceful place that you and Sanzu, mostly him this time around, were going to disrupt.
On the field, multiple couples sat on blankets, feeding each other strawberries and making memories. Yet another place to ruin, for the happy couples.
And on one specific blanket, was her. Your ex-best friend. The one that constantly tried to get with your husband, sitting on a blanket, sharing food, with what seems to be her boyfriend.
Turning to you, watching you grin at the thought of ruining her Valentineâs Day gave him the permission he needed to exit the car and head off to where they were sitting.
You could just barely hear him talk, seeing that he was some distance away, but you were able to make out the words âgave like six guys herpes,â âclub,â and âyeah last weekâ before he fast-walked his way back to the car.
Not paying him attention as he got comfortable in his seat, your eyes trained on the not-so happy couple in front of you, seeing that her boyfriend stood up and practically ran away from her.
âHehe, thank you baby.â Praising him for his done deed, he greedily accepted the kisses he received after you used your left hand to cup his cheek, blue eyes locked onto your figure.
From the corner of your eye, you could make out her figure walking towards the car, face showing no other emotion other than anger. Tapping his cheek twice with your fingers, he got the memo to start driving off, giving her a small wave before leaving her in the dusk.
By now, the sun was already starting to set, signaling that it was time for dinner. Being the gentleman that he was, he let you choose where to eat. And because of this special day, why not go to the best restaurant in the city?
The drive to the restaurant was anything but boring. Both of you singing along to the songs being played on the radio, with the occasional yell from Sanzu at slow drivers, and overall enjoying the night.
If you thought the other restaurant was packed, this one couldnât compare. Reservations were so hard to come by, and even if some were available, boy were they pricey. A single table for two was already a few hundred, maybe a thousand, depending on where the table was located, and the food followed right along with their high price.
But it was no trouble for the both of you. Only needing to give his name at the front door and boom, once again, a table was open.
You both ordered your food, reminiscing about the past. All the vacations went on, the memories made, the favorite moments.
Once you finished your meals, he ordered one final thing, the restaurant's specialty cake. And when it arrived he almost slapped your hand away when you tried reaching for the utensil, saying he wanted to feed you himself.
He continued with the motions of feeding you until the cake was finished when he stopped and asked you something. That something being, âhand me your ring.â
Your precious ring? The engagement ring he gave you after you got married? Now, you agree to many things that Sanzu asks of you, some that you maybe shouldnât have agreed to, but this? You need to think about it.
Raising your eyebrow at him, he huffed before explaining. âIâm gonna fake propose to you so we can get free food.â
Oh, well, you canât say no to that. So you slipped your wedding ring into your pocket, him following along with his ring, and placed the diamond ring onto his stretched out palm. As you placed the ring down in his hand, he stopped your movement to gently grab your hand and to place a kiss to where your rings previously rested.
His words of âthank youâ were always represented by hand kisses, something so sweet it would make any sane person scream.
And when he moved to kneel next to the table, in front of your sitting figure, you almost forgot that the proposal was fake and that the two of you are already married, and have been for many years.
All eyes turned to your table, talking voices quieting down, waiting for the pink haired man to start talking.
âMy love, I donât know what to say that would allow me to express my immense amount of love for you, so, will you do the honor, and marry me?â
Many gasps could be heard throughout the restaurant, one coming from you. While you werenât one to cry, tears started to form in your eyes, obscuring your vision from seeing him clearly. But you didnât need to see him to respond. âYes, Haruchiyo, Iâll marry you.â
Applauds started to make noise, filling the once silent room, but that didnât stop you from launching yourself into his arms, shaking as he took your left hand and slid the ring on your fourth finger.
Even if the two of you have been married for years, nothing could compare to what you were feeling right now. Euphoric, if you could name it. Sanzuâs first proposal to you was more of a statement, when the two of you were eighteen, not knowing if things would last. This time around, it was different. You couldnât name it, but it just was.
You couldnât even lift your head from his shoulder, not wanting to be separated from him for a second. With this realization, seeing that you wouldnât budge, he called for the waiter to bring over the check, which replied with the statement you have been waiting for. âItâs on the house. Congratulations.â
Perfectly as planned. What wasnât planned was him needing to carry you bridal style out of the restaurant. It was cute, not as planned, but he wonât complain. The euphoric feeling being felt within yourself was also being felt in your new âfiance.â
Finally reaching his car, he placed you on your seat, letting you get a hold of yourself before making his way around the front to get to his. Gingerly wiping your tears away with both of his hands, he peppered kisses across your face, grinning when you finally started laughing.
He continued his attack of kisses before placing one last kiss on your lips to seal the deal. âHappy Valentineâs Day, love.â
âHappy Valentineâs Day, Haru.â

Timeline of Events [ 008 ] [ 009 -> ]
# Paring: ăbonten arcă Sanzu Haruchiyo x ăgnă Reader
# Status: Completed.
# Summary: Just the âoh so wonderfulâ and chaotic life of Bontenâs number two and his lovely spouse.
# Table of Contents: Here.
From the night before, you managed to get him off the couch and his dirty suit, and put him into bed, while half asleep yourself. He fell asleep almost immediately when his head hit the silk pillows, pulling you into his arms to use you like a teddy bear.
Before allowing yourself to succumb to the sleep blurring your thoughts, you decided to give him that night's dinner for breakfast, seeing he didnât eat tonight due to being overcome with tiredness and was sure to be hungry in the morning.
You werenât surprised when you were basically smothered beneath Sanzuâs chest, seeing this was a weekly, more than a weekly, occurrence. He was cute, seeing how peaceful he looked in his slumbered state, but it wasnât as cute seeing that you were almost on the verge of passing out due to a minor lack of oxygen.
He groaned when you shifted to move out from under him. Unconsciously he tries to reach for you, wanting your warmth and just overall having you back in his arms. It almost made you want to record the whole interaction and share it to the other Bonten members, showing how sickeningly sweet your husband could be, but these moments were for your eyes only. He always wanted to keep your domestic life away from work, seeing that most days were filled with work, and having a little something for yourself to cherish was treasured.
Slipping a pillow into his arms, watching him take it and shove his face into it, you slipped away from the bed and to the bathroom to get yourself ready for the morning. Only a few minutes passed before you headed off to the kitchen, making sure he was still fast asleep on your shared bed. And he was, almost making you afraid at the fact that his face was so deeply nestled in your pillow.
You didnât even think to check the time until you were met with a dark kitchen. The many windows surrounding the penthouse usually let in all the light needed to fill the large space, but it looked like there was no light to let in. Checking the microwave, you saw how early it was. Four in the morning, it was.
Deciding that something warm to drink was in need, you flipped on the light switch, allowing the artificial light to fill the room, causing your eyes to squint at the sudden brightness.
It hasnât even been a few minutes before you heard the noises that could mimic someone trying to break into a house. But instead of a burglar, it was your tired husband stumbling straight into the room, having one destination in mind. Your couch.
Watching as he flopped onto the couch, you quickly poured him some coffee before stalking over to where he was lying. And well, only the upper part of his body was on the couch, his lengthy legs hanging off the edge, touching the ground.
Placing the two mugs on the small kotatsu in front of you, you turn back to look at him, who was currently trying to readjust himself to a more comfy position, muttering a few words about the size of the couch.
âWe have how much money, and you just have to buy the smallest couch that ever existed?â Watching him give up on laying down comfortably, deciding that sitting up with his legs crossed, left side leaning against the head of the couch was the easiest, you moved to mirror him on the opposite side.
The couch was average size, but seeing that Sanzu was on the taller side of things, having longer limbs and all, you knew that the seatings would be on the small side for him. You could have bought any couch in the entire country, hell, the whole world, but that was the couch you wanted, and what you wanted, you got. And whatever made you happy, made him happy. And either way, there were two other couches in the penthouse that he could lay on.
âYup, âs want what I wanted.â
He should be mad at you for getting this small of a couch, seeing that he couldnât even lay down on it properly and it was basically the main item in the living room, except for the new cactus a few feet away. He should have argued with you, told you to pick a different one, or even return it without you knowing, but he just couldnât. Not when you told him that this specific couch was something you always dreamed of having in your house since you were a kid.
Giving him a small smile, he only grinned back, diamond scars pulling back to mimic yours before grabbing your left hand and pressing his lips to the two spots on your hands that his lips seem to be tied to.
To you, he was a gentleman, and kissing your hand was just showcasing it. And if he, mostly you, really wanted to make a show, he would kneel down on his left knee, treating you like royalty.
Sitting in silence, with the occasional sound of the cushions moving when one of you reached over to take a sip from the warm liquids in the mugs, you both just stared at one another. That is, until a specific memory popped into your head.
âRemember how you were scared of Izana?â Placing the mug back down on the kotatsu, you sat back, leaning on your right side as you watched the grin from Sanzuâs face slowly fade away, almost making you laugh aloud. His eyes slowly squinted, forming a glare focused solely at you.
âI try not to.â You knew this was a bitter memory for him. When he and Mucho joined Tenjiku, he didnât know his new president would be the older brother to his s/o. And that s/o being you. He was more than surprised to see Izana carrying you on his back after one celebration after a win, and his eyes widened when he watched Izana carry you over to him after you told him to meet your boyfriend.
âSo, youâre the guy dating my little sibling. Now I know who to keep my eye on.â The way Sanzuâs eyes almost popped out of his face made you tilt over, falling off Izana's back in a fit of laughter. Izana merely gave Sanzu a small smile before walking away to attend to other businesses.
Sanzu stayed quiet, watching you as you got off the ground and moved to sit next to him on the concrete step, your head leaning against his shoulder as you leveled your breathing from all the laughter. âDonât worry about him.â
But at every Tenjiku meeting you both attended, Sanzu stayed quiet, almost avoiding you in total whenever Izana was around. You knew his loyalty lies with you, so you werenât worried about anything like him cheating, but it did overly concern you on how distant he was.
So you confronted him after one meeting, wanting to know the reasons why he kept his distance. âI know for sure I didnât do anything, so whatâs wrong âzuzu?â
He didnât want to tell you that he was scared, per say, of Izana, but he also didnât want you to worry. âWorried that heâs not gonna give me permission to date you.â
That memory was one of your favorites. He really was adorable back then, and so you couldnât help but reach out and cradle his face in your hands, pulling him forward to meet his lips to yours. âYou were really sweet back then. Love you for it.â
You watched as he shifted until his forehead was leaning against your collarbone, letting a raspy chuckle leave his lips while you simultaneously shifted to make him more comfy as he leaned against you, arms wrapping around his neck to thread your fingers through the longer part of his pink hair.
Feeling him relax against you, you could tell he was on the verge of sleep once again, even if he just drank a good few ounces of coffee. But wanting to tease him just a bit more, you added on to your previous recall of a so called âbadâ memory. A memory that was almost the same as the last. âWhat about ... how were you scared of Mikey?â
Hearing him groan and whine against your neck made you laugh once more, making you fall back against the armrest of the couch behind you.
He stared down at you for a few moments, contemplating on what to do with you. But in the end, he ended up laying on top of you, face buried in your chest to try and silence the giggles that came out of your mouth. Only when you calmed down did you place your hands in their rightful spot of being buried in his hair, scratching at his scalp. âSuch a simp for me, arenât âcha?â
A groan leaving his mouth once more, he snuggled his head against your chest even more to try and silence you. He loves you, but boy are you a piece of work. â... is it too late to request a divorce â ?â
Bursting out into laughter once more, a sound that he would never get tired of, you hugged him close to you, pressing multiple kisses to the top of his head. âYup. You love me too much.â
He does, indeed, love you too much, but he wouldnât have it any other way.

It wasnât unusual for Sanzu to come home with something random for you, whether it was flowers from a small stand on a city block, or a small trinket he may or may not have stolen from some rando he was torturing because he thought it was cute. Itâs really the thought that counts.
So you didnât really question why he waltzed through the front door of your penthouse holding a beautiful ceramic pot with a cactus planted on top.
You were focused on the dinner in front of you, making sure not to burn what was cooking, while he placed a pot in the living room in front of the kitchen, under the window that was next to the tv. When he was happy with its place, he met with you at the kitchen island, wrapping his long arms around your waist as you stirred the vegetables on the pan, trying not to get distracted by his lingering hands and lips.
âWhatâcha making?â Turning off the stove, making sure the pan's handle was out of reach, you turned around, wrapping your arms around his neck, watching him close his eyes and almost purr at the feeling of your nails scratching his nape as he relaxed in your hold.
âCanât tell you if you fall asleep.â You could tell he was sleepy, his eyes starting to get droopy and him almost going limp in your arms. âLetâs go to the couch.â
He reluctantly allowed you to lead him to the living room, watching as you sat on the side of the couch before allowing him to lay his head on your lap. His eyes closed at the feeling of your hands running through his hair, caressing his cheeks.
You wished he changed out of his suit beforehand, seeing that he was wearing it all day and there were some spots of blood, not his, splattered at the bottom of his pants. It had to be uncomfortable, but the look on his face told you that he was fine just where he was, head on your lap, legs aimlessly spread across the edge of the small couch he would normally be complaining about.
Forgetting about dinner on the stove, you almost fell asleep as his pillow when he spoke up from his slumbered state.
âBought you the plant because I thought you would like it.â The way he always thinks about you is almost sickening, not to you or him, but the other people who had the pleasure of witnessing this sweetness had to agree with that statement. âAnd it has spikes so you can hurl it at someone's head if you need to.â
He stared up at you, only looking at you with love in his eyes. The same look heâs always had for you when he first realized he was in love with you. He was sweet, for a quick moment, but it's the thought that counts. You were sure he wasnât high or drunk, but it just seems that he forgot you have an abnormal amount of firearms around your penthouse that you both are skilled enough to use even in the dark, ones that would seem more protective than the small house plant.
Watching him close his eyes once more, falling back into his dream like slumber, you stayed awake. He looked so peaceful, at rest from the stressful job you both partake in. A little break was needed once in a while. And this was a valuable break from real life. Just you, your husband, and a new cactus that would be your protector at home.

# Paring: ăbonten arcă Sanzu Haruchiyo x ăgnă Reader
# Status: Completed.
# Summary: Just the âoh so wonderfulâ and chaotic life of Bontenâs number two and his lovely spouse.
# Table of Contents: Here.
It was that time of year when Sanzuâs original platinum roots started to show at the top of his head, like whipped cream on strawberry ice cream. Normally he would go to Bontenâs special hair stylists, but they were booked for the next couple of days.
Him, along with Ran and Rindou, were in need for some touch ups, the brothers blonde hair also peaking through the purple dye. And who else would they trust to fix their perfect hair? Why you of course!
When Sanzu asked for you to re-dye his hair, you agreed, seeing it was a simple job of just applying the pigment to his roots. But what you didnât expect was him ushering you to one of his cars and driving you to an unknown penthouse across the city.
You didnât ask questions to why you were being moved to color his hair, even if you could have easily done it in your bathroom. Well, that was until you heard two familiar voices even before reaching the room door, asking one another questions about what was where.
Your questions were answered when Ran opened the door, letting you see an entire set of dyes on the kitchen table, and the Haitani's tri-colored hair. Turning to Sanzu, you saw his lips in a fine line, the corners of his mouth pointing upwards. âI agreed to do your hair only.â
Sanzu locked the door behind him, sitting on one of the bar stools while finding the pink coloring that matched his hair. âThey followed me here.â
âYou brought me to their house.â You could only deadpan at him, watching the other two males in the room also sit down on the stools, waiting for their turn.
â... theyâre gonna hold us hostage?â Your face held the same expression when you sighed at his words, walking to the counter to assess the âtoolsâ they prepared for you to use. Sanzuâs hair would be the easiest, seeing his was a solid color, but the other two, would be a different story. They just had to have streaks of darker color blended to the lighter one, but at least their original hair color was blonde so no bleach would be needed.
Deciding to do Sanzuâs first, you take the cape to cover his shoulders before putting on a pair of black gloves. Quickly glancing at the box dyeâs instruction, you mixed it before moving to cover the platinum roots on his head. Only a few strokes of the brush and it was all covered.
He pulled you down for a quick smooch when you finished, flipping off the two brothers on each of his sides when they made noise of annoyance. You pecked his nose in return before moving back to the counter to figure out how to do the other twoâs hair.
Thinking that you should leave Ran for last, you took the cape from Sanzu and placed it over Rindouâs shoulders before repeating the same process you had just minutes before, but with clean supplies. His was finished fairly quickly, but you couldnât say the same for when you get to do Ranâs.
Rindou thanked you as you moved to work on Ran, and by this time Sanzu got off the stool to head to the shower to rinse the remaining dye off his head. Not before shooting a quick glance, followed by a quick remark at Ran. âDonât flirt while Iâm gone.â
Ran could only smirk in return, head tilting for added effect. âNo promises.â
But that only earned him a smack to the back of his head from you, making Sanzu mimic the smirk that was practically smacked off Ran's face.
And once the bickering was over, you draped the cloth over Ranâs shoulders, before trying to figure out the best way to dye his roots. Starting with the lighter color, using the leftover from Rindou, you follow the light colored striped, continuing the color down to the root.
Once that was done, you started to mix the darker purple dye, getting it ready to be applied, but not without an interruption from Ran. âSo ... who looks better, looks wise. Me or Rindou?â
As always, he must ask you questions like these, but they sure are entertaining, and Rindou and Sanzu, who came back from the bathroom with a towel around his shoulders, wanted to be entertained. And so, you answered him, honestly, much to Ranâs dismay, and Rindou and Sanzuâs amusement.
âRindou.â Ran, thinking you were still holding this lifetime long grudge against him, thought you were lying, asking for an explanation as to why, the Ran Haitani, was quote, âuglier,â than his younger brother. You were only telling the truth, so why not give him his wanted explanation. âI have a thing for guys with long hair.â
Ran only scoffed, but knew you werenât lying, seeing that your husband had long hair for almost all his life. But that didnât make him any less petty. And Sanzu could only pull you to his chest and plant a kiss to your cheek before telling Rindou to âback offâ which only made the younger brother raise both hands in the air in defense and go to the bathroom to also rinse the dye off his head.
With all questions answered, you went back to focus on the remaining yellow roots on Ranâs head. Just filling in the remaining yellow, careful to avoid the lighter, already dyed, stripes. Once you finished, you took the cape off his shoulders, telling him to wait for the dye to set in.
Now, you were lounging on the couch with Sanzu and Rindou, waiting for Ran to come out so you can see how well you did. Sanzuâs hair looked as good as always, his vibrant pink hair covering every part of his pretty face. Rindouâs looks good, seeing how simple his dye was as simple as Sanzuâs. But Ranâs was to determine whether or not you did good for a first time hairstylist.
And so, when Ran walked to the living room, you pulled his head down to your eye level, ignoring his pleas for you to release him from the uncomfortable position. You only ignored him, only admiring how well you did. Maybe you could be a hairstyle, well, only for Bonten since Sanzu is probably going to gatekeep you from the other executives, or maybe, show you off?

# Paring: ăbonten arcă Sanzu Haruchiyo x ăgnă Reader
# Status: Completed.
# Summary: Just the âoh so wonderfulâ and chaotic life of Bontenâs number two and his lovely spouse.
# Table of Contents: Here.
When Mikey finally barged through the meeting room door, everyone tensed. The aura emitted off of him made everyone freeze, waiting for words to come out of their bosses mouth.
âDamn gang got one of our shipments. Y/n got taken.â Everyone tensed even more. An angry Mikey was one thing, but an angry Mikey and Sanzu? Someone better pray for the opposing gang.
But when their heads turned to face Sanzu, they found him head tilted back against the chair, eyes staring straight up at the ceiling without a care in the world. What the actual fuck was happening? He was quiet, no yelling, no quick motions to leave, no questions asking where you were.
âShouldnât you be more worried!?â Ran yelled from across the table, asking the one question that was running through everyone's head at the moment. And he thought he was going to get a good explanation to his question. His guess is once again wrong.
While he was a little pissed off, he didnât seem to hold much care, almost causing panic for the rest of the members. âNo?â
No? No!? Thatâs all heâs gonna say? His spouse gets kidnapped and thatâs all that he says?
The answer to that question? Yes. Thatâs all that he needs to say. Because heâs been with you for almost all his life and knows you better than anyone else in the world. He is worried, of course he is, but he knows you can hold your own, and by now, youâve probably taken down all the people of the opposing gang.
If no one believes him, might as well show them. And so he rose from his seat, asking Mikey which dock the shipment was at. Once he got the information, he grabbed his coat off the back of his chair and headed out the same door Mikey slammed open. âYou guys coming or â ?â
Everyone rose from their seats to follow him out the door and to the parking garage, wanting to know what was going through Sanzuâs mind at the moment.
Sanzu, Mikey, and Kakucho in one car; Ran, Rindou, and Kokonoi in another; and Takeomi and Mochi in the last. Small talk was made in each other's cars, but most were filled with questioning what was happening. They just met you a few days ago, not knowing your capabilities, but was there really nothing to be worried about?
And after arriving at the docks minutes later, thanks to driving way over the speed limit, they all cautiously drew their firearms before exiting the cars. The warehouse door was wide open, the shipment boxes were stacked high, but no people were visible. This was the correct place ... right?
They were more than confused when they saw Sanzu start heading to the warehouse, no gun in hand, followed by an also gunless Mikey. No demands to scope out the area were given, and not sure what to actually do, they just followed.
Once they reached the entrance, they watched as Sanzu stepped to the middle of the place, head tilted up to look around at the shipment boxes.
They ignored him, mostly due to the fact there were gang members scattered around on the concrete. Some passed out, some dead, and there seemed to be no escapees. At least twenty men were unconscious, and the victor of this conflict, resting atop one of the pyramids of shipment boxes.
âFound ya.â Their heads turned to Sanzu who somehow managed to reach the top of the boxes in such a short time, seeing that he was having a conversation with someone, presumably you. âTired?â
You laid flat against the wooden box, turning your head when you caught sight of your husbandâs pink hair pop up to your right as he climbed up to sit next to you. Nodding your head âyesâ to answer his question, you groaned when you decided to sit up, grabbing his extended arm in the process to help you up.
Looking down to your right, you gave a small wave to everyone who was staring up at the two of you. To them, you seemed fine, a few cuts and scratches, but nothing major. Seeing Mikey at the bottom with the rest, you called out to him. âMikey! All the shipments are here! Nothing was taken!â
So you really did take down all twenty guys. Guns or not, that's pretty impressive. Now they realized why Sanzu wasnât making havoc at the meeting.
Helping you down the rest of the boxes, once you met the bottom you moved to throw your right arm around Mikeyâs neck. Sheepishly smiling at him, you knocked the sides of your head together lightly. âSince I got the shipments, I think I should get first dibs.â
A small smile made its way to his face, left arm raising to wrap around your shoulder in the same manner. âYeah, yeah, go ahead.â
Silently cheering, fist pumping into the air, you finally turned to the rest of the group, a smile still adoring your face. âWhyâd you guys tag along?â
âWe wanted to know why Sanzu was so nonchalant when Mikey said you got kidnapped.â Kakucho, being the only person to speak up, nodded his head to everything around as he finished his sentence. Truth be told, he stated the fact that was being thought all around.
You all waved them off politely. Theyâve never seen you out in the field before, so it makes sense for them to be worried. âHe knows I can take care of myself. Trained together so our ways of getting things done are pretty similar. Right âzuzu?â
Looking around, they had to agree with that last statement. All the guys on the ground that were dead had a kill shot right to the forehead, and the ones that were unconscious had limbs spewed all over the place like a tangle, similar to what they witness when they get missions with Sanzu.
And to your left, Sanzu nods along to your words, grin spreading across his face. âPractically taught them all they need to know.â
But you both knew that your techniques were something you both developed over time as a couple. Learning from one another as you grew older and getting better at the job. He could only stare at you with love as you stood in your element, a beautiful smile on your face as you gloated about the job well done before you.

âI told you, Iâm fine.â Yeah, of course he was fine, bleeding out on your lovely couch in the middle of your living room.
Being a part of a gang for almost your entire life, youâve gotten used to this. The blood, wounds, and first aid. You were practically a nurse, constantly patching up yourself, along with your boyfriend who always seems to be âfineâ despite being in obvious pain. âKeep telling yourself that while you have a literal bullet graze against your side.â
The minority of the graze was slight enough where he didnât need stitches, just a bandaid and a few painkillers would suffice. If only he would let you treat it though, seeing him refuse to get off the couch.
Well, if he couldnât get treated in the bathroom, you might as well treat him on the couch. Just make him get a new couch, one that is more expensive than the current one.
âYou on anything right now?â Walking back to where he was lying with the first aid kit in hand, you leaned over the top of the couch to see him breathing hard. Chest rising up and down at a which pace, his adrenaline coming down meant the pain would soon intensify a bit. Sweeping your free hand across his hair as a source of comfort for him, you walked around to his injured side.
âBeen laying off of them for a while.â Ah. Yes he was. Something that made your heart flutter when you first heard from him that he was going to lay off pills. You didnât believe him at first, but he held his word.
Raising a few painkillers to his rosy lips, you dropped them into his mouth when he opened. Your hand went back to scratch behind his head as you looked down to the graze. âWill you let me treat you now?â
He couldnât say ânoâ to you. Not now, not ever. You didnât even have to use âpuppy dog eyesâ to get him to fold this time as he knew how worried you were. So he nodded âyesâ and leaned his head back against your hand.
With his approval, one that you didnât even need as you would have started treating him even if he resisted, you got to work. Unbuttoning his dress shirt, you helped him undress while avoiding putting pressure on his wounded side. âDidnât know you wanted me undressed so fast.â
Cheeky bitch, even when he was in pain. Rolling your eyes, a slight smile adorning your face, you opened the kit and took out some alcohol, medical tape, and gauze.
You watched him tense when you tapped the alcohol covered gauze against him, him sucking in a sharp breath before releasing it. Cleaning it as fast as you could, you taped clean gauze against it. âDone.â
Itâs patchy work, not as good as a doctor or nurse would, but itâll do. Cleaning up the waste, you were stopped when he grabbed your left hand and raised it up to his lips. One kiss to the back of your hand, and another on your ring finger where your wedding ring would normally rest. âThanks, love.â
Leaning over, you placed a kiss to the corner of his mouth before resting your head on his shoulder, careful to avoid touching his side.
âI know shit like this happens all the time, but please. Try to be more careful.â You let out a shaking breath, one that youâve been holding in.
Even with your continuing dangerous lifestyle, you still couldnât help but worry about him. You knew he was strong and skilled, he could take care of himself. But the battlefield was more than just a bunch of kids throwing punches and kicks. Now, it was gunfights, where something bad was bound to happen. And while you have gotten used to this lifestyle, you canât help but have all the bad things run through your head.
And he worries just the same. Seeing you tiredly walk through the front door of our penthouse covered in blood he hoped was not yours scared him shitless, doing his best to care for you the way you do for him.
But any other way of life would just be boring. At least this allows for excitement, adrenaline. Running around the city, being in one of the top, no, being in the top organization. And you wouldnât have it any other way, as long as he comes home to your arms breathing, and vice versa.
He nodded his head once more, silently letting you know that he would try and be more careful, before turning to face you with a small grin. âIâm hungry.â
Scoffing, you got up, grabbing all the dirty gauze to put in the garbage along with the first aid kit you would place under the bathroom sink. âAs I recall, you have mobile legs. Kitchenâs that way ~ .â
You heard him chuckle behind your back as you walked away, but he followed nonetheless.

Ever since you played that guessing game with him, he never seems to be off your tail. And âheâ being Ran. Constantly following you around at work, much to your husbands dismay, and asking questions about your life. To which you answer back in short responses.
Itâs not that heâs ... annoying, per say. You just canât seem to let go of your grudges.
âNow, now, why do I seem to be the least favorite here?â He asked after the meeting closed. Everyone was putting their paperworks away, but stopped at the sound of Ranâs voice.
To them, you did seem to favor the younger Haitani over the latter, and maybe now would you reveal why.
âBecause you are.â You turned away from him, facing Sanzu and Mikey before asking them what they wanted for lunch.
âIf you tell me Iâll stop bothering you. Fair trade.â He smirked and you sighed. Perhaps it was time for another recall of the past as everyone seemed interested at this point.
âSurprised you and Rindou donât remember this. The battle of the three deities. Ring a bell?â They nodded, everyone listening intently, and Sanzu grinning proudly like a mad man. This battle was his favorite, for various reasons. âAlright, listen here.â
When the Kanto Manji Gang arrived at the lot, the battle only escalated. Punches were being thrown in blurs. And while you tried to stay near Sanzu, per his request, you, like many, got lost among the crowd of fighting gang members.
You cursed to yourself as your knuckles stung from the constant impacts. Dodging fists and legs, you stayed on your feet, focused on not getting knocked down. That is, until you heard a familiar voice in the mere distance.
âDie Kakucho!â You could almost hear the impact of something before running towards the sound. And luckily, you found Sanzu. Who was currently attempting to whack Kakucho with a metal pipe. Where he got the metal pipe, you had no clue.
About to turn away, sure he could take care of himself, you heard another loud impact. Thinking he struck Kakucho once again, you only saw the swift movements of Ranâs arm swinging down his black baton onto your boyfriendâs head.
Now, you were pissed. Sure it was a battle, he was bound to get hit, but you couldnât help but feel your blood boil. You knew he could handle himself, but right now, Ran had the advantage, and you were not about to let Sanzu get a concussion when you could, try, and prevent it. And to your knowledge, Ran only had one weakness.
Quickly glancing around, you knew Rindou would stray far from his brother. And you were right, seeing that he was standing close enough to Ran, but fighting his own fight.
Moving around the lot, you made your way towards the younger Haitani.
Reaching down to the right side of your boots, you grabbed the small knife Sanzu gifted you a while back for self defense. You werenât going to stab Rindou, you would never let yourself go that far. You just needed the upper hand.
Dodging people, you raced to the blonde. Glad he was distracted by another person, you used his shoulders as leverage before throwing your legs around his neck and pulling him back to fall against the ground.
Your left leg held down his abdomen, right leg loosely wrapped around his neck. Left arm around his forehead, holding his head back, and right arm holding the knife you left raised over an open spot on his neck, that so happened to be the weakest spot. âStop squirming for a minute Haitani.â
You had his life in your hands. So he stopped moving so much, but not so much from stopping to yell for his brother.
And boy did the sight of his brother being held at knifepoint make Ran take one step away from Sanzu. Worry, concern, anger, all worked their way onto his face.
âLet go of my brother!â He was angered to say the least. But he was cut short as his head swung left from the impact of a certain metal pipe.
âI was handling myself.â Sanzu wiped the sweat and blood off his forehead before sending Ran a glare and walking to where you were lying with Rindou.
âGot bored ... and a little worried.â Sheepishly smiling up at him, your moment was ruined by Rindou yelling to be let up. âOh shit, yeah, sorry.â
Concealing the knife, you took Sanzuâs hand to help you up. âThat was kinda hot.â
âThat last point was not needed, Sanzu. And why should you be mad at me!? I just defended Kaku!â Ran at this point, was almost standing on the table. You knocked your head back, knowing that the outcome of telling this would lead to something like what is happening now.
Rindou on the other hand, stared at you in disbelief. You were the one that held him down during that battle? You? Yeah, you and Sanzu are matches made in ... hell.
âThere you have it everyone. Why I hate, okay fine, why I somewhat dislike Ran. Happy now?â Everyone nodded their heads, not Ran though, and once again began packing up for the day. He stayed staring at you. âAnd sorry Kaku and you too Rindou for that day. How âbout we go out for lunch? On me.â
Kakucho and Rindou both agreed that the battle was a battle, things of that nature were bound to happen, so you shouldnât worry your head, it was in the past anyways. So they agreed to go out for lunch with you, Sanzu, and Mikey. Everyone else was invited too, even Ran.
So, from Ranâs perspective, donât mess with you, or your husband.

âWait ... so how long have you two been married?â Kokonoi could ask, with wide eyes, at the sight of your legs laid across Sanzuâs lap, across the lap of a person that he thought was void of happiness.
All the, more important, members in the vip section of the club sat around on the red velvet couch and surrounding chairs, watching you as you recall your information, Sanzu not being much help as his eyes were solely trained on you.
âUh ... nine years? But weâve been together since we were what? Fourteen? Fifteen?â Raising your head off his chest, you look at Sanzu for confirmation about the age of when the two of you started dating.
âMhm.â Yeah, he was probably high off something, seeing that he merely dozed off at the sight of you, and you would call him adorable if only he helped you answer these questions.
âHow are you not tired of him?â Only then, thanks to Rindouâs question did you get a reaction. Well, if you count his body shifting a bit along with his eyes moving to stare across the room.
âExcuse me?â Eyeâs trained on him, you watched as his brows furrowed in confusion, rather than anger.
Ran could only add onto his brotherâs question with a question of his own, which only confused your âseatâ more. âThatâs a long time together. What if you get bored of each other?â
Sanzu only barked back, but his body still relaxed against the couch. âWe have a lot in common, so I donât think that would be a problem.â
You? Him? Having a lot in common? Might as well make the vip section a comedy club.
All their eyes were wide, excluding Mikey, after hearing that statement. All eyes were back to being trained on you, seeking confirmation, and to which you solely nodded your head. âHeâs not wrong. Been together for so long we just picked up each otherâs habits.â
Even with your confirmation, they looked to Takeomi. Since heâs Sanzuâs older brother, he would know if you are telling the truth. Right?
âI, for one, actually thought you guys were dating since you were twelve.â Now, that statement made you question if you were telling the truth.
âWhat â ?â You almost fell off Sanzuâs lap as you moved off him. Well, you and him have known each other for so long, being close and all, even before you started dating, so people could have made assumptions.
âThatâs what I thought too.â Now hold the phone. Even Sanzu thought you guys started dating at twelve?
Everyone was now focused on the new, dumbfounded look on your face, matching the one Sanzu was making. âNow wait a minute, I thought we started dating when we were older than that.â
His brows furrowed once more at your response before shrugging his shoulders and laying his head back against the couch. âWe were holding hands and shit at twelve so I just thought that.â
But platonically holding hands was a thing right? Friends could do that. You thought it was normal back then, seeing that you found comfort in it.
âSomeone get the popcorn. This shit is getting good.â Ran almost pulled his phone out to record the twoâs interaction, but was stopped at the glare you sent his way. Maybe he, and everyone else, were starting to see the resemblance between you two.
Well, the glare didnât stop Ran from continuing asking questions. âSo you guys donât know how long youâve been together?â
âIâd shut my mouth if I were you, Haitani, seeing that your longest relationships last a good three days.â He shut up, mouth hanging open, but everyone else burst into laughter. You still might have a slight grudge against him.
âAnyways, it doesnât matter when we got together. That was the past.â Still off Sanzuâs lap, you merely turned to rest your head against his shoulder, his left arm automatically moving to wrap around your waist while a sickening sweet smile adorned his face.
Kokonoi stared at the ground for a few moments before being the first one to speak. âSo if you have been married for nine years, you got married at eighteen?â
You nodded âyesâ with a grin. It might have been a fast development, but things have only gotten better since then.
But the peace just had to be interrupted by the person that must haunt you to no end. âYou know, one in three marriages end in divorce.â
âHaitani Ran, if you donât shut your mouth I will personally cut off your dick.â Oh if only they knew how hot Sanzu found you after hearing you say threatening words to others. No wonder you were his soulmate.

# Summary: Just the âoh so wonderfulâ and chaotic life of Bontenâs number two and his lovely spouse.
# Table of Contents: Here.
The sound of chairs squeaking filled the meeting room. Staring at the set of brothers seated opposite to you, only amusement was felt as they thought long and hard at your statement, eyes wandering aimlessly around the room as if it held clues to your truth.
They knew you worked in the building, seeing you pass through the halls every once in a while, along with seeing you arrive back from your missions. But today was the first time a conversation was drawn out with you.
So you ended up here, in their main meeting room, which you didnât mind as you were already headed there, playing some guessing game with some of Bontenâs most dangerous executives without a care in the world.
Youâve known them since they were teens, but it looks like they donât remember you.
But, curious, they were. Wanting to figure out who you are, and figure out which of their coworkers have you taken vows with.
âSo ... youâre married to someone thatâs attending this meeting, correct?â By the look in his eye, the older Haitani was more than amused to try and pick out your so-called âhusbandâ. To him, it seemed easy enough. Only so many people are going to be in the room and an unlimited amount of guessing? He, at least, was destined to get it right.
And seeing how comfortable you were in this setting, he jumped right in to start trying to piece together, well, the pieces. And so the guessing game began. âKaku?â
Head shaking, you looked to the younger Haitani for his guess. He could only think long and hard about who would be your type. Obviously him and his brother were out of equation, and your answer to the previous guess narrowed it down a little more. But who else?
Might as well âgo big or go homeâ. â... Mikey?â
âHaha â god no.â You spun your chair around a few times before stopping to look at the two once more, head tilted back at the sight of their eyebrows furrowed, hands rubbing beneath their, mostly Ranâs, chins for added measures.
Wondering when they would guess correctly, your mind also wondered where your actual husband could possibly be.
âCould you possibly be married to our dear old Takeomi â ?â About to interject with another ânoâ for Ran, all eyes turned to the bubblegum haired Bonten number two who burst through the door, who just the same, turned around and ... puked.
âOh my god, the thought of my brother being married to my s/o makes me sick. Donât ever say those words again.â The eyes and the open mouths of the Haitaniâs told you everything about their reaction, which only made you laugh harder.
Looks like the guessing game ended early, but you could only swoon at the sight of your husband walking back towards you with his charming smile. âHi âzuzu ~ .â
The only thing stopping his plump lips from meeting yours was the hand pressed against his forehead, stopping his lips inches away from yours. âWash your mouth out first, then you will get a kiss, yeah?â
The pout on his face was extremely kissable, but seeing what happened seconds earlier kept you pushing him out the door once again.
The Haitaniâs could only keep looking in amazement at the sight of one of their higher ups, especially Sanzu of all people, being married of all things, and showing affection.
Their silence only grew when the pinkie waltzed back into the room only to kneel in front of your chair and press an affectionate kiss against your hand that he raised, and another on your lips.
Ran and Rindou thought that all the surprises were up, nothing else would amaze them after that. Right?
âCould you not make out with my sibling before the meeting â ?â All eyes turned once more to their boss that just entered the room, followed by the rest of the meetingâs occupants.
The two brothers turned to stare at one another before breaking the silence and shouting simultaneously to everyoneâs dismay.
âMarried / Sibling â !?â Watching as your boss moved to sit at the head of the table, your Sanzu moved to sit to the right of him, not before slipping you a wink and mumbling a quick apology to his brother in law.
Rindou was the first to speak up, the confusion that flooded his mind seconds ago slowly floating away. âSo ... youâre married to ... him ... and heâs ... your brother â ?â
Giggling slightly at his lowered voice and confused tone, you waved him off, along with everyone elseâs stares to respond. âYes weâre married, and Iâm the adopted sibling. Izana was my big bro.â
They, Rindou especially, werenât able to process all the sudden information blasting them in the face. But Ran was able to, somewhat, compose himself to almost interject but was stopped by Mikey announcing the start of the meeting once the rest of the members entered, who were quite confused to say the least after hearing the last bit of the conversation.
You laughed before turning your attention back to the main reasons for the meeting, silently letting the brothers, and everyone else who was invested in this, know you will explain it all later.

Should the ff I wrote be for Ran or Rindou. It makes more sense for it to be for Rindou, but i originally wrote it for Ran.
