Arkadiy "Kadia" Volkov, beautiful beautiful gross and disgusting man, tzimisce that grafts gold flakes into his skin instead of wearing jewelry like a normal person, he has teeth in the most unmentionable of places (and mentionable ones too), he firmly believes that if there's a beast inside of him that it should be noticeable from the outside as well, turns his ghouls into vaguely androgynous dolls that he likes to just dress up and look at (he fleshcrafts their body parts temporarily into solid gold if he gets bored and they bother him too much), smokes like a crematorium
