When Queen Amidala of Naboo arranges a political marriage between her omega cousin Prince Anakin and the powerful Sith Warlord Obi-Wan Kenobi, neither expects to find a genuine connection behind their masks at a royal ball. But as assassination attempts and political intrigue threaten to tear Naboo apart, Anakin must confront not only his growing feelings for his intended, but also the seductive call of the Dark Side. With betrayal lurking in every shadow and power singing in his veins, Anakin's choice becomes clear: resist the darkness, or embrace it alongside his alpha.

In other words, take Bridgerton, Phantom of the Opera, and Pride & Prejudice - but make it Star Wars with Sith, arranged marriage between an alpha and omega, and a dash of dark romance.

I am so excited to finally introduce my fic for this year's Obikin Big Bang! hello all! so sorry it's taken me this long to make an announcement. i apologize for being a bit AWOL for the last few months. i'm currently writing an original novel so that has taken up quite a bit of my time and energy, and i also finally got a new job! but i have half of the new chapter of Deathly Eyes written, and once that's done i will be moving on to the new He is Eight chapter!

I can't guarantee WHEN they will be finished, but i promise you i will never stop writing them till they are fully done. they are my children and i will never abandon them <3

Eeeee I'm nosy 👀 and see that you've updated your Succession fic (I've been thinking about starting that show and might just have to start your fic as well lol), but I hope "Deathly Eyes" is coming next!! Anakin is such a sad and angry stress ball, I hope something crashes down on him soon. I need the gang to corner him. Something about your fic just connects so well with Anakin's secrets in canon Star Wars. It really scratches my brain for the things that aren't expanded on within canon. Anakin is just so "MUCH" and you really capture that <3

Haha no worries, no such thing as nosy!!! (you should absolutely start it if you feel up to it!) But dont you worry, Deathly Eyes is almost done! I usually like to go back and forth between the two fics so they both have an even amount of updates. But thank you for your sweet words!!!! Anakin is just such a sad tragic character and SOOOO easy to work with, im absolutely obsessed with him and have been for years. yall im. im so fucking stupid. i was doing research for a particular location in the new chapter of 'he is eight' and i was like oh this place is really cool and succession vibe-y, this should work! and im halfway into writing the chapter and i go hm, i wonder what the walls of this place are made of. ill go look it up.

only to find out.. its already been used in succession.... as the castle in boar on the floor....

I made a more structured outline for he is eight bc I was curious how many chapters I thought it might end up being and it came to... 29. and we're only at 16 rn. dawgggg I'm gonna be writing this fic for the next two years lmaooo why must I do so much

UPDATE

hey yall! sorry for being absent for so long. we had to move pretty suddenly bc of the constant flooding in our apt, and moved to a different city, AND I had to clean and repaint the old apt almost all by myself. plus our old landlord fucking sucked and threw out a bunch of our stuff before our lease was up bc they 'assumed' we had already moved out (even though we were still in the process!!!!) so we had to deal with a legal battle for like two months.

it's basically almost over, and we're almost completely moved in, so I finally have time to write lol. I have almost all of 'Deathly Eyes' done, but I do want to post the new 'He is eight' chapter first because I like to balance the two updates. The star wars fic is just.. simpler to write for and requires a lot less planning/research is all lol

but I've finally started working on He is Eight so expect it... not right away but eventually!! thanks for everyone to continues to read it

Hey guys! Life and fic update time!

So, there was a lot of drama in our previous apartment. a pipe in our ac unit burst THREE TIMES over the past year and flooded our apartment with hot water. the worst part is we have many cats so we were so afraid of what would happen if we werent home and it happened again. so we found a new apartment (in a whole new city btw) packed our entire two bedroom in FOUR DAYS (it sucked) and are now currently trying to break our previous lease which is gonna result in a legal battle... so... not fun!

Basically, I haven't had a lot of time to write because of that. BUT I was halfway finished with the new Deathly Eyes chapter so now that we're almost done unpacking, I will probably be able to knock it out within the next week or two!

And then I can get back to writing the new He is Eight chapter! because.. boy oh boy. it's gonna be a big one!

I've currently started the next chapter of he is eight, but unfortunately (as always) I ran into some physical health problems and had to postpone for a bit. being chronically ill REALLY puts a damper on your life I'll tell you that much. but I've had a few doctors appointments and my arm is getting better to the point I can probably start writing again soon.

Even the title "It's deathly eyes, that's all I see" makes me sad for Anakin, like even if he escapes you can tell he's haunted now. Anyway, you're a great writer, (and great artist from what I see!!), so thanks for posting your incredible work!

Wow thank you so much! That's incredible sweet of you to say! And yes, I actually took the lyrics from one of my all time favorite "Anakin" songs, which is Stress by CRIM3S (you should def check them out!). You're absolutely right in the feeling I wanted that to convey, the sense of dread and being watched continuing even after the traumatic events - of seeing that person's eyes everywhere no matter how long time has passed.
