Spoilers!! Detail reasonings below the cut

- scarring from the skin grafts after half his face got blown off in the previous book in the fight with third claw

- I imagine his hair would’ve grown out a bit while he was chained to the command throne on the Echo and given the fast paced and unhinged nature of everything after that I sincerely doubt he’d bother to cut it

- nosebleed just cause that happens pretty frequently in that book our boy is going through it with his prophetic abilities

I know a lot of people draw Talos bald but his head is stated to be shaven, which to me indicates more of a buzzcut than smooth shiny bald. Combine this with the fact that his mom is blonde and I think everyone is ignoring the possibility of Talos having a hairstyle I’d like to call “The Eminem”

I do like characters who do not exhibit any hint of sexuality in any way because they’re too busy being tormented by the narrative. like “yea I might be gay or whatever but the labyrinth is growing so I can’t worry about that shit rn”
