Dracula AU where Renfield manages to persuade John Seward to let him have a cat, and increasingly large animals in his food scheme.

To the point where dr Seward has to justify to the committee why patient Renfield absolutely must have a grizzly bear in his cell at all times.

“But doctor I simply cannot bear to be separated from Mr Cuddles. Would you deny me such simple pleasures in life?”
