you are in love's intro sounds like the moment you realize that you're already falling for someone you never thought you'd fall for. The first chorus sounds like a fleeting heartbeat then the intensity of the bridge encapsulates the whole feeling of being in love like you'd have a thought na "no, i'm not falling for that person" but then the connection of the bridge part with last chorus; (the part where the instruments fade down then taylor's voice is the only thing playing) saying "you can hear it in the silence, you can feel it on the way home, you can see it with the lights out, you're in love, true love" sounds like the acceptance you have deep in your heart that you're ready to let your walls down for that person and you'd just finally accept that you've fallen in love.

Go ahead, cry

One of the kindest gifts you can give yourself is the permission to cry without feeling ashamed.

This is for everyone but especially NDs, we feel too much and often the emotions in our body just fill up to the brim and the body needs to let out the excess through crying.

Repressing it would be like stuffing things in a container that can no longer hold it.

So cry whenever you feel like crying. If you've rarely cried until this point in your life it's possible you will cry a lot in the beginning. Even the smallest and seemingly unreasonable thing may make you cry. But eventually the system will become stable.
