Today's card of the day will be a bit different, normally I shuffle my decks and pick a card, it's random and I write whatever I feel is right. Today I chose a card because I wanted to use that card. I chose the 8 of Swords from the deck #AnnaKTarot and the story behind that is because I was having a mini breakdown on the ride home in a cab. I felt like I was really gonna end up sobbing, right in front of this random stranger and for such a small thing that someone did, I was making a mountain out of a mole hill! I began thinking of how strong I've been lately, emotionally stable in front of my friends and how much a hypocrite I am, acting all strong when I'm not, giving advice when I'm so broken, what right do I have to advise people and act like how I do when I help them? Like I'm so put together and more stable than them? Then I began to think more... Even if I'm broken, even if I'm not really strong, even if I'm damaged and unstable, I WILL be strong, I WILL STAY STRONG. I am not pretending to be strong, I CHOOSE to be strong, I WANT to be strong. For myself, for my friends, for those who need me. I will take up my sword and armor, I will stand up straight with my chin up high.
