Being afraid to things going wrong, isn’t the way to make things going right, Good morning Ladies and gentlemen Im Tweenkle R. Taojo and my topic is all about anxiety.

Now, if we heard the word anxiety what comes in our mind first? It is like a fear or nervousness about what might happened. Anxiety has just 7 letters, Just 7 letters only but it can destroy for who we are. We almost experience anxiety disorder right? Who hasn’t experienced anxiety? There are so many people suffering anxiety disorder including me. Yeah including me.

This past few months I struggle major anxiety disorder and because of that I was disrupted with my school works, Daily routine and friendship. And no one can I understand it.

Anxiety is just like a depression, there are many types of it, PHOBIA, PANIC DISORDER, SOCIAL ANXIETY DIORDER, and POSTROMATIC DISORDER. All of these types got a huge people affected. But you know what’s annoying? Some people judges those people in that kind of situation, Instead of judging them why we just help them to overcome their problem. Advise them to stay out in that situation, Advise them be strong everyday be smile every day. Advice them always pray.

I want you all to recognize that anxiety is in our lives and they can’t change it. You’ve been in situation that you can’t control, you could be feeling weak or tired you can even have difficulty concentrated or you have sleep problem.

Im just here to give example that college student can go through, wherever person can go through and can happen in every day lives, and no one can stop it.Dont mind people out there! They are not helping you. Be strong.

When I was kid, my lola always brought me a famous “Calamay” Calamay was made of sugar , a sticky sweet, coconut milk that fresh from tree, and a flavorfull glutinoois rice. There are many types of “Kalamay” in Bohol. Actually there are Calamay all over in the Philippines. But Calamay in Bohol was the best, you must try it . In Bohol there are two types: The Syrup one is sold inside in halved smooth coconut shells , locally known as “Bagol or Paya”” this type of packaging is known as “Kalamay – Hati”.

A cookie from, Baclayon bohol called Broa (Lady Fingers). Called Lady fingers because of the shape like fingers of a woman . It is soft in texture that literally melts in your mouth one you take a bite. This cookie made of sponge cake butter where the egg yolks and sugar are beaten together until very thick and the flour. This cookie best partner with milk and chocolate drink perfect for breakfast.

Malunggay Ice cream is a unique dessert, unique and yunmmy for the summer. Cuz not all people eat malunggay especially the kids. Then they invented a nutritious malunggay has the calcium of four glasses of milk , the vitamin c of seven oranges and the potassium of three bananas. Malunggay can also make the bones stronger enrich anemic blood. Malunggay ice cream is not a simple dessert its also healthy and is good for the eyes and is effective against cancer. Try the malunggay ice cream in Bohol , its yummy , its healthy.

Have you heard about the tilapia chips? Sound unique right. This town’s ( Anda, Bohol) product is manufactured by the talisay fisherman’s association or Tafias. (Oct 15, 2017). The main ingredients include: Flour , Tilapiameat, Malunggay (moringga leaves), tableya, squash. I am just proud that my fellow Filipino friends came up with this healthy snack alternative. This one is not creepy – yuck exotic food I am sure. It must be worth a try.

One of the best way’s to savor the flavors of Bohol is to try Boholano’s version of chorizo. It is a little bit sweet and with a hint of garlic. Best paired with fried rice and egg best breakfast of all time.

A precious Victory💕

Once upon a Time in the far away land of Taguig ,a beautiful maiden named tweenkle once live ,just joking .So let my story begin . Its all started when I was asked what victory in life I've ever earned ? One of the victory of my life is when ,I started to be part of a dance troop on school.The rehearsal is giving me a hard time ,because we keep on practicing even if it's raining cats and dog or even if its hot just to win the competition. Unfortunately we lose ,we didn't win the title and trophy .I was so blue that time because our effort turns to ashes and a waste of time.

I attempt to leave the group but our captain didn't let me ,he given me an advice he said "it's okey to fail sometime , u will never learn if u never fail and it's part of our life and life must go on ". I also told my mother what had happened and told me "Nak,failure embarks lesson and you will never felt victory if u never know failure remember it nak". What she have said had given me hopes .

Months later we enter another competition,we practice and give our heart and soul in that choreography . The result was confirmed we are the champion , at last we a won and get the shiny trophy .All the hardship was all worth it ,I felt I was on cloud 9 that time . The taste of victory is very satisfying and this is the memory I will never forget which tough me life may sometimes never give u what u want but life may lead u to something great .
