Chipotle BBQ Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients
1Pkg Turano Gourmet Sandwich buns, 1/2 cup pulled chicken
2 Tbsp. *Chipotle Raspberry BBQ sauce
1 slice Cheddar cheese
Red onion strips
Sliced sweet pickle
Optional: lettuce and tomato
Cooking Directions
Place pulled chicken in a frying pan with 1 tsp. Butter.
While heating chicken add the Chipotle raspberry BBQ sauce
(Sauce; mix 1 Tbsp. Raspberry preserves with 1/2 cup of smokey BBQ sauce of your choice, and 1 chipotle pepper, chopped with 1 tsp.sauce from can) when chicken is warm,
layer inside bottom of Turano Gourmet Bun, cover with sweet pickle slices, cheddar cheese, and red onion strips.
If you like some crunch add lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Awesome!
TIP: to make pulled chicken, make it easy on yourself, roast a whole chicken and while it is still warm remove the meat from the bone by pulling it with a fork

French Tuna Melt on Wheat French Roll
Ingredients
1 Pkg. Turano Wheat French rolls
*Tuna salad
1 slice Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp 1000 island dressing
1 hard boiled egg sliced
3 thin slices of tomato
Cooking Directions
Tuna salad;.
1/ 6oz. Can white Albacore tuna, (drained)
1/2 small sweet apple (diced)
1 tsp. sweet relish
1/4 cup diced celery
1 Tbsp. chopped red onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise Salt & Pepper to taste. (Mix well)
Open Wheat French Roll and fill with tuna salad,layer with sliced tomato, sliced hard boiled egg, 1Tbsp Thousand Island dressing, and cheddar cheese.
Place under broiler until cheese melts. ALSO melts in your mouth!

Grilled Chicken and Bacon on Italian Sliced
Ingredients
Turano Italian sliced,
4 to 6 oz. grilled chicken breast,
2 strips cooked bacon,
1 slice Havarti cheese,
Roma tomato halved and roasted,
Salt & Pepper
Cooking Directions
Roasted Roma tomato; cut tomato in half, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place on cookie sheet, cut side up, in pre-heated oven 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until most of the juices have dried.
Set aside to cool. Note: you can make several of the tomatoes and store them in a tightly sealed container covered in olive oil for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
Sandwich: layer 1 slice of bread with chicken breast, top with Havarti cheese, bacon strips, and roasted tomato halves.
Place second slice of bread on top, brush with olive oil and grill in a pan or a Panini grill until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown.

1pkg. Turano Kaiser rolls
4 oz. Tavern ham
1 slice Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. Honey Dijon mustard
Crispy onions (purchased)
Leaf lettuce and
2 tomato slices
Cooking Directions
Grill bun on flat grill or char-grill
spread with honey Dijon mustard
Layer with ham
Swiss cheese
Crispy onion strings (purchased)
Leaf lettuce, and sliced tomato
Spread inside top lid cover and serve

Hot Ham on Italian Round Loaf
Ingredients
1 Pkg. Italian round sliced
4 oz. hot ham or Hot Capacola sliced thick
Sliced Mozzarella cheese
Leaf lettuce
Roma tomato
Fresh basil
Olive oil
Cooking Directions
Heat a frying pan to medium hot, fry hot Capacola until brown around edges
Place Ham slices and Mozzarella Cheese on Turano Italian round bread.
Cover with second slice of bread, brush with olive oil and grill in pan or Panini grill on high just to toast bread.
Remove from heat, remove 1 slice of bread add fresh basil leaves, leaf lettuce and sliced Roma tomato.

Italian Beef on French Roll
Ingredients
1 Pkg. Turano French rolls
1 lb purchased roast beef or 8 oz. sandwich steak.
1 Fried onion
4 strips Roasted Red Pepper
1 slice Provolone cheese
Mild yellow pepper rings (purchased)
Cooking Directions
Slice 1 onion into rings and fry medium hot in pan with 1 Tbsp. olive oil until soft but still crunchy.
Brush 1 medium red pepper with oil and place on hot grill until skin turns black, turn and blacken all around.
Place roasted pepper in paper bag or sealed container until cool, then remove from bag and peel the skin from pepper, core and seed and cut into 1/2" strips.
Heat beef in juice purchased from store.
When beef is ready open roll into a "V" place 1 slice of provolone cheese in roll fill with roast beef, fried onions, roasted red pepper, and 3 or 4 pepper rings.
This may be the best Beef sandwich you ever eat! If using sandwich steak grill steak in place of using roast beef.

Mediterranean Roast Pork on Turano Italian Sliced
Ingredients
1 loaf Turano Italian bread sliced
4 oz. roast pork
1 Tbsp. *Garlic Herb spread
1 slice Swiss cheese
Lettuce
Tomato slices
4 thin slices of cucumber
Cooking Directions
Garlic herb spread: 1/2 cup sour cream, 1- 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese, 3 med. Cloves garlic,(crushed) 1 Tbsp. Mixed herbs(purchased) salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients until smooth, maybe made a day ahead.
Toast 2 slices of bread, top with garlic spread, layer with roast pork, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
Brush with olive oil and grill in a pan or a Panini grill until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown.

Smoked Sausage on Turano Brat & Sausage Rolls
Ingredients
1 Pkg. Turano Brat and sausage buns
1- 6" Smoked sausage link
1 slice Pepper Jack cheese
Grilled onions
2 Tbsp. Pico d Gallo
*Chipotle Mustard
Cooking Directions
* Chipotle mustard; 1/4 cup whole grain mustard, 2 Tbsp. chopped chipotle pepper from can, 2 heaping Tbsp. brown sugar (mix well).
Slice 1 medium onion into rings (separate) In a pan heat 1 Tbsp. oil until hot, add onion rings and fry until edges begin to brown, reduce heat to low and cover pan to let the onions cook slowly and caramelize.
Meanwhile split the sausage lengthwise, leaving it hinged, Separately heat a second pan or grill until hot, place sausage on grill or pan, cut side down.
Grill or heat until sausage begins to brown then turn and brown skin side.
Open bun into "V", spread with mustard.
Place slice of cheese in bun, then sausage and fill it with grilled onions, top with Pico D' Gallo.
Enjoy this spicy juicy treat!

Southwest Turkey on 100% Whole Grain
Ingredients
1 loaf of Turano 100% Whole Grain bread sliced
4 oz roast turkey
2 oz. Pepper Jack cheese
Chipotle mayonnaise
Guacamole
Shredded lettuce
Cooking Directions
*Chipotle Mayo; 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Chipotle peppers from can (chopped fine, sauce included)
Juice from 1/2 lime.
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Toast 2 slices of Turano 100% Whole Grain Bread
Spread with Chipotle mayo
Layer with turkey
2 Tbsp. Guacamole
2 slices of Cheese and
Shredded lettuce

Steak 'N' Bleu Cheese on Soft Sub Rolls
Ingredients
1 Pkg. Turano Soft Sub Rolls
4oz. Sandwich steak (may be thin round steak or Ribeye) seasoned in marinade1 hr.
1 oz. Bleu cheese or Italian Gorgonzola
2 Tbsp. Horseradish sauce
Thin sliced red onion
Romane lettuce leaf
Marinated sliced tomatoes (for tomatoes and for the steak use the same marinade seperately)
Olive oil
Fresh squeezed garlic cloves
A pinch of Oregano
Salt and pepper
Cooking Directions
Pre-heat grill to high
Remove steak from marinade
Pat dry and place on hot grill
Steak should cook in 2 to 3 minutes
Turn once
Meanwhile open bun into a "V"
Spread inside top of bun with horseradish sauce
On inside bottom sprinkle with bleu cheese crumbles, lettuce leaves, onion pieces, and marinated tomato slices
Place your steak on top of all that and enjoy a wonderful juicy treat

6 oz. sliced roast pork loin
1/2 roasted red pepper
2 slices Sharp Provolone cheese
2 Tbsp. Muffaletta Olive spread
Romaine lettuce leaves
Sliced tomato
Creamy Caesar dressing
Cooking Directions
Toast 2 slices of bread, layer with roast pork, provolone cheese, roasted red pepper, olive spread, and creamy dressing.
Top with 2 leaves of Romaine lettuce, 3 slices of tomato and more dressing.
