Title:  The last man standingDate:  AD 1201
location: Plains of Mongolia
Scene: Battle of Thirteen Sides
Description: It was a cloudy day across Mongolian plains. Jebe, the Mongolian general, lost most of his army and was one of the last men standing against the mightyTemüjin army. Faced with certain death, he had to make one of the most vital decisions in his life. Surrender unconditionally or choose to fight till the end. Jebe chooses the later and shot one of his last arrows to the enemy, king Temujin.Temujin was wounded but survived the attack. Temujin was impressed with the courage and loyalty of Jebe, so instead of killing him, he recruits him to his army. Jebe, later on, becomes one of the most trusted generals of Temujin.
Following the victories over the rival Mongol tribes in the thirteen side battle, Mongolians honor Temujin with the title "Genghis Khan," which means "universal ruler."Equipped with an army build on trust and loyalty, Genghis creates one of the world's most formidable fighting forces of his time and is still regarded as one of the greatest (or notorious) conquerors of all time.
Right from the courtyard of Genghis khan to corridors of power in Washington and corporate board rooms, the rules of human engagement remain the same. Skill and knowledge will take you far, but what takes you further is trust, loyalty, and grit.

why we live
Last week i had the opportunity to hear Nando Parrado .http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nando_Parrado
He is the famous survivor of Andes plan crash in 1972. His story is simply amazing, he explained his story in the speech. In the end he said few things which stuck to my mind.
He said he saw death , he was very near death, ..at that time, the only thing that kept him alive was love. The love for his father. His mother and sister died in the crash. He knew his father lost everything in that crash, he wanted to survive to get to his father. that’s all, he didn’t think of anything else. He said at the time of death the only thing that we think about is our loved ones, not money , not things ,only  loved ones.
So.. the moments you spent you should care of your people, because tomorrow may not come..live u r life.cherish every moment..with u r loved ones…
