No offense to the designers in the Mighty Nein Animated Show but Essek's body should be a lowpoly black triangle with a tiny Essek head on top. Seeing his legs is unnerving to me, bro 😭🤣

Is that the Luxon talking to Essek?? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Yes!! I wanted the comic to have this dream-like feeling, so the Luxon first asks with Caleb's voice to get Essek's attention, and once he has turned, the Luxon appears as a child version of Essek himself, holding itself. It is sort of like a test for him, with Essek realizing that after everything that's happened, after all the suffering he's caused, he still wouldn't change a thing because it was perfect for him, even though the Luxon is all about changing fate/time. The Luxon is supposed to not feel judging though, it is just whacking him over the head with that fact, it dares him to really think about it, not allowing him to run away.

The comic was originally supposed to be a small part of a bigger fan story, but I gave up on it because it's just too much effort lmaooo

seeing the rb spree i just wanted to say i think the way you draw essek has always been my favorite since i watched cr2 years ago. your art of him will forever be canon to me :)
