The amount of love this blog has been getting recently caught me by surprise! ;v; This blog had just recently came back from a hiatus that lasted a good several months, and I didn't expect it to take off like it has now. THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH GRAAAH

tbh the in-game progress of TroutClan is already 50 moons in, with every major event + interaction saved, so I can't wait to stop procrastinating lock in and start drawing moon updates

Silverwatcher formed many friendships throughout her youth as a wandering rogue. She kept the tradition of her Clan ancestry alive: by forming a Clan with her friends! They went on many whacky adventures, getting into trouble with Twolegs, even outsmarted a pack of wolves! But when most of them became senior warriors, with three friends called the Tricky Three joining them soon after (Violetkit, Tempestkit, and Flykit), Silverwatcher decided "all this traveling is fun, but let's find a permanent home to settle down & think about our future".

...And thus TroutClan became official! Once they settled into their camp, this was when Shiveringpaw (a RiverClan apprentice from seasons ago) met Silverwatcher in her dream, guiding her to the Moonshore, their source to StarClan, to receive her nine lives.

MEET: the founding members of TroutClan, complete with several redesigns!

Rogues that are distant descendants of Clan cats, they all lived their youth wandering the land on many whacky adventures until the majority of them became senior warriors, wanting to finally settle down at a permanent place they can call home.

(all of the cats in power are in their mid-50s)

Howdy! TroutClan has been on quite a hiatus, but we will be back up and running with moon updates shortly!

Since the last moon update was only Moon 1, I will be starting over from scratch to draw newer pictures for Moons! I might alternate between visual novel-styled entries to just simple comic strip ones, though I'll mainly frequent the comic strip style.

(I'm saying "we" like it's a team, but it's just me LOL)

Introducing... TroutClan's new Clan logo! ...But what's this? The Clan's logo has the face of the founding leader, Silverstar, instead of, well... a trout?! For TroutClan?! I— hold on, Silverstar's coming over with a letter in her mouth. What does it say... It says: "We have fish".

Earlier today, I opened this blog & planned on continuing with with moon update drawings + update the profile pic for it with TroutClan's current leader, Silverstar, but I was fixated on other things.

Opened up Fall Guys to play a few rounds in Creative mode and I was afk when the round started. I felt my joycons vibrate because someone was hugging my character and when I looked at the screen, it was hugs from a player named Silverstar...... 😭 AND they wore a cat costume too!

So now, you have Fall Guy Silverstar

Fringedapple leads one of TroutClan's first border patrols, bringing along her apprentice Foxpaw and her clanmate Badgercatcher; they find a rogue in a bush and Fringedapple goes to investigate, when suddenly the rogue hisses and attacks !!!

The founding members of TroutClan + StarClan guide! 🐟🌊

A group of rogues who are all (unknowingly) distant descendants of cats who lived in Clans now lost to time. Silverwatcher became Silverstar and was the one who came up with the name - TroutClan - it was named after their favorite food: trout.

Alright… here we go, my first clangen blog!!

I really felt inspired to create my own, where I can sketch out the cats, events, and other happenings that happen within the Clan.

Can I be honest with yall…? I already am at like,,, 34 moons w/ this clan LOL! I took a screenshot of all the moons/seasons/events, so nothing is lost! Im doing everything in Casual Mode btw

I’m currently working on drawing the founding TroutClan members (I already have a favorite cat 👀) I should be done with it in a good 30 mins or so!!!
