While I am aware of the poor ass writing done to Jade-
I can still appreciate the tiny, tiny, tiiiiny things they try to do with her. Like that Jathea hug.
Rather than flinging herself to Althea (I would- she’s looking like a hella cute panda), she sits not too close and gives both of them a moment before she goes in for it. When she initiates the hug she goes in slowly, watching Althea to see if it’s okay to hug. Girl even glances down to double check that yes, bae is going to hug her.
So yea, I appreciate that Jade was careful around Althea (girl probably wanted to do more than just hug). Especially knowing their facebook relationship status is set to massively complicated.
But Jade you will get your gold star sticker when I see change. So I am here waiting for that fire to grow in your eyes once again.
Because damn girl you have a lot of work to do- what TRMD has done cannot be undone. I can laugh it off but shit there are people out there who see TRMD as their light. And that’s what deeply upsets me.
