First day of intermittent fasting. To start my day, I’ll be drinking 2tbsps of apple cider vinegar w/8oz of water and tons of good old H2O, My eating period for my intermittent fasting will be from 2pm-8pm and I’ll be fasting and sleeping for the rest of the time. Day 1.

New Beginnings
Today I begin my first chapter of the new year. I’m starting a little late, but better late than never. I’ve struggled with trying to lose weight since 2011. I did lose 37lbs in 2 months back in 2011 and I actually kept it off up until 2015. I would say that suffering from depression did play a role in me gaining back the 37lbs plus some, but that was still no excuse. So today I restart my journey. Today I make no excuses as to why I can’t lose the weight. Today I start over. Walk with me as I continue the journey that I started over 5 years ago.
