3 days ago my baby turned 4 months old. I was in the hospital so she finally took a bottle. The only difference between these pics is a little over a week of consistently using the DB Method Machine. I've never had an ass but after having Nova I was blessed with hips and a wide booty. I wanted it to be higher and more "out" than wide though. And this doesn't just work my glutes it actually works my core as well. I spend less than 15 minutes a day on it.
