A tutorial I created about a month ago. I didn’t want it to gather dust so I hope this will be useful to someone! :) This can be done with Photoshop by the way, even Elements.
This tutorial was arranged in Manga Studio (I love using it for high quality images arrangements!), and the Tutorial itself was made traditionally and with Photoshop.
