You Are Blessed
“Great blessings belong to those who do not follow evil people…” — Psalms 1:1-6
Being blessed is not just about what you do—it’s about how you think, how you react, and what you surround yourself with. It means choosing what is right, even when bad people seem to succeed.
True blessing is not about money or power but about having a strong heart and mind. Like a tree planted by a river (Psalms 1:3), a good person stays strong, grows, and helps others. Keep doing what is right, and your life will be full of good things.

Dear Friends,
Have you ever pondered, “Why did God choose me and you?” It’s a question that resonates deeply within many of us. Let’s explore the profound reasons behind God’s choice and His unwavering love for each of us.
You Are Unique and Precious
In Matthew 10:29-31, Jesus reassures His disciples that even the very hairs on their heads are numbered, emphasizing that God knows each of us intimately. This signifies that every individual is unique and special in the eyes of God.
He Cares Deeply for You
1 Peter 5:7 encourages us to cast all our anxieties on Him, for He cares for us. This verse is a comforting reminder that God is always there, ready to shoulder our burdens and provide solace in times of need.
God’s Unfathomable Love
Romans 5:8 declares, “But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Similarly, John 3:16 affirms, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” These passages highlight the depth of God’s love, sacrificing His Son for our salvation.
Fulfilling His Purpose Through You
Psalm 57:2 proclaims, “I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me.” This verse reminds us that God has a unique purpose for each of us, and He is committed to seeing it fulfilled in our lives.
Embrace the truth that you are chosen, loved, and purposed by God. Let this knowledge fill your heart with peace and joy, knowing that you are cherished beyond measure.
With love and blessings,
Sarah

You don’t really know someone unless you truly see them.
The only downside? I couldn’t stay long.
When opportunities come, do we grab them because we truly want them or simply because we need them? It depends, I guess.
If you don’t know me—hi, I’m Sarah, living in Canada.
Canada is the busiest place I know. People work so hard just to make ends meet—for their families, their future, for leisure, to escape boredom, to survive, or simply to keep themselves occupied.
And now, I’m one of them. A busy mama.
All I want is to work and survive.
Sadly, people around you don’t always understand. They think everything happens like magic. They expect you to handle it all, just because others have. “Na kami nga, nakaya namin, ikaw din dapat kaya mo!”
But I just landed here. I don’t know everything about this foreign land yet. I’m still learning, still figuring things out.
Humans are different. We all have unique strengths—things we can do that others can’t. That’s the beauty of it.
So why compare? Instead of measuring people against each other, why not lift them up?
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another.” (Hebrews 10:24–25)
And when those around you are discouraged, don’t let them retreat into loneliness. At times, being alone can restore us, but as part of the body of Christ, we are called to “bear one another’s burdens” (Galatians 6:2) and lift each other up.
Let’s choose to encourage, not compare.

A Sip of Coffee, A Moment of Reflection
Yesterday was my day off. While waiting for the bank to open, I walked into a Tim Hortons, ordered a coffee, and sat by a table near the road.
As I took slow sips, my mind drifted into deep thought. Being new in Canada, nothing comes easy—you have to learn everything from scratch. The coins, the accent, the way people drive, the culture, even the language. Back home, I never spoke much English, but here, every day is a lesson.
This coffee shop, in a way, became a little refuge. A place to pause, to breathe, to remind myself that it’s okay to take things one step at a time.
The only downside? I couldn’t stay long.
But this is just the beginning. There’s more to this story soon.

Where do we really live?
Last night, we came across this question, and on this snowy winter day, it lingers in my mind. The seasons come and go—winter melts into spring, summer fades into fall. Just like the passing of time, our lives are fleeting.
This world is not our true home. We are merely passing through, on our way to eternity.
Psalms 39:4-7 Remind me that my days are numbered— how fleeting my life is. You have made my life no longer than the width of my hand. My entire lifetime is just a moment to You; at best, each of us is but a breath. We are merely moving shadows, and all our busy rushing ends in nothing.”
So, embrace this season. Touch the snow. Watch the trees and ground draped in white. Feel the stillness, the slowness, the cold that reminds us to pause.
What is truly our priority in life?

“Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear.”
– Mark 4:9
God’s truth is always speaking, but are we truly listening? It’s not about just hearing the words—it’s about letting them sink in, transform us, and move us into action. Open your heart, stay receptive, and let His Word guide your steps today.
God bless everyone ❤️

“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.” — Matthew 5:14
Your life has a purpose. You were made to shine, to reflect love, hope, and truth in a world that often feels dark. Just like a city on a hill, your light is meant to be seen—it’s not something to hide or downplay.
Be bold. Be kind. Live with authenticity. The way you show up in the world matters more than you know. Someone out there needs the light you carry.
Keep shining—you are making a difference. ✨

Mark 3:25
“If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.”
Dear Sarah,
I’ve known you since we were young, and through all the seasons of your life, one thing has always stood out: your strength. You’ve faced challenges that would break many, yet here you are, still standing.
Mark 3:25 reminds me of you. I’ve seen how so many areas of life—relationships, family, and more—seemed to crumble around you, shaken by forces unseen. Sometimes, the enemy works hard to divide and destroy what was meant to stay whole.
But let this truth encourage you: even when the house falls, God’s grace can rebuild it stronger. If a house is built without aligning the heart to God, it’s vulnerable. Yet, when He steps in, no attack can tear it down.
Sarah, your story is not over. Let the foundation of your life rest in God’s hands. With Him, restoration is always possible. Stay strong—your strength inspires those around you.

Protection is better than cure!🙏😱
I also use this product for 1 month and the result is amazing I have fats that cannot be burned by doing exercise but using tegreen the fats on the side of my belly are gone. This product has helped me with my body weight and metabolism. Until now I can’t see that fat anymore. The study says if you have fats that cannot be burned by exercise like me that is called visceral fat.
What is visceral body fat? Visceral body fat, also known as 'hidden' fat, is fat stored deep inside the belly, wrapped around the organs, including the liver and intestines.
