So, I have major social anxiety. Only my friends know this, and my doctor, so it isn't widely spread. And with some people, they think it would be obvious, like not talking and looking scared, but that's not it!! I will talk, I will make conversation, I'll be friendly, but my heart is pounding the whole time.
