We Have A Winner!

With 69,6% of the votes against The Lie Of The Land (30,4%), S10E12 - The Doctor Falls is the winner of Twelve's Hair Tournament!

Before the finale, this episode beat:

this episode introduces bill potts, who is canonically a lesbian. her very first scene shows her talking about a woman she fancies, and we see her flirt with heather and even almost kiss her before heather runs away.

The Doctor Falls:

in the climax of the episode when it seems that all hope is lost, bill’s love interest from her very first episode, heather, comes back to save the day, sharing a passionate kiss with bill, turning her into sentient oil just like herself, and helping her rescue the doctor before they both travel off into the stars together
