Trying to be better
Manifesting and all that:
been spending less money (the only exception to that being treating myself to food or my friends)
been eating less and been eating healthier (as far as i can control it)
keeping my pantry stocked with healthy things
pushing myself to walk and exercise even if it's not that high intensity
