So about the latest 19 Days chapter. Specifically Momos box. I noticed he also taped the note under the Polaroid with He Tian.

It’s the same Polaroid that Tian gave with the guitar. And momos taped the part that read

“Do whatever you like to do. I’ll support you.”

Like for context - the guitar was the first time someone told momo (and he took it seriously) that they’ll support them. That he can also live for himself.

momo sees a guitar in a window of a shop but ignores it. Because life. Tian notices and buys it for mo. Eventually gifts it to him. At that point mo says “you don’t understand.” (Referring to the bad hand he was dealt with and living through it every day). And Tain tells him this:

Like this is the point where momo wanted to change wanted to dream. Like he realized he could do all of that and the world wouldn’t end. Maybe not immediately but the seeds were sown here. Because before that mo didn’t think twice about his wants/ his hobbies/ he never explored who he is. He was never allowed to (partly due to his circumstance and in part because of his own self).

One of the previous chapters there is a text conversation between the two. See how momos all practical? “Waste of time and money?”

Fast forward a few chapters and we have this scene:

We know momo kept the guitar. like he still is following his heart- a point to tian because he showed momo the light. To be unafraid to follow his dream and that lesson stayed with momo.

But for Mo it was also being unafraid because tian will always be there to support him. He’s got his back. But then he left… the implications are clear. We see it in the reaction. Tian knows it

But, at the end of the day, momo still kept that guitar. He still kept that promise to change. To live for himself. And that’s beautiful.

The realization hit He Tian like a truck. Mo only confesses when he is drunk but mostly acts annoyed by He Tian, hiding the fact that his departure has affected him greatly.

But here, there's a box of memories dedicated to He Tian: the polaroid after giving him the guitar, the jacket, He Tian's "love note", and the burnt earrings 🥹

At least they are reunited now 😭😭😭😭😭

as you said, guan shan didn’t really have the time to sit down and think about the kiss and his relationship with he tian with a clear mind, he was still too upset when he got home the day before and then all that mess with she li happened, so he had to push all those thoughts aside

i think guan shan is still very confused about he tian’s behaviour, because from a lot of things he said to him before we can understand that guan shan thought he tian was the same as she li, just another rich boy who thought he could use guan shan just because he had more money and connection, but as time passed he slowly started to see that maybe there was something more to he tian, that he was different, because while she li actually used guan shan to do his dirty work and some very shady stuff, the only things he tian made him do were cook for him, bring him an umbrella and give him a note to deliver to someone that then turned out to be a message for him

then the kiss happened, and guan shan probably thought that he was wrong to think that he tian was different, that he tian was just making fun of him or just wanted to humiliate him, and i feel like he was very frustrated because he kept having these two different images of he tian in his mind that he couldn’t reconciliate with each other (the rich asshole guy who wants to use him vs the strange guy who keeps bothering him for the most ridiculous stuff and who’s maybe not so bad)

the main problem was that he didn’t know that he tian cared about him, and that everything he tian did was his own (misconceived) way to try get close to guan shan, but i think that seeing he tian being hurt because he was trying to protect him helped guan shan understand that he tian is not she li, that there is more to him than he initially thought

so yeah, i think guan shan forgave he tian, if not completely at least enough to decide to give him another chance, which is still very huge. i do think that he tian needs to apologise and to make perfectly clear to guan shan that he cares about him, because guan shan might still not see that, but yes, i think he is well on his way to forgive he tian!!
