in the first months, hed only dare to initiate hugs, hand holding, and forehead kisses (even if hed be mildly frustrated after….) but even those are really tender and enough for you guys. occasionally, only if hes really tired, he would initiate cuddles.

but when the 2 month mark hits, toya would get a little bit more… selfish, he thinks. i say confident.

Underneath The Mistletoe - Toya x male!Reader

“Toya, could you pass me those tinsels?” You ask as you hang a couple of baubles on the overhead lamp. “uh, right.” Toya mumbles and passes you the white decoration.

You had agreed to decorate Weekend Garage while the others went on their own dates. Toya had jumped at the chance to spend time with you alone, having not been able to for some time now due to practices.

You hung the tinsels and move on to a different part. Toya takes a few sprigs of mistletoe from the box, starting to hang them up on the cherry-wood walls. Meanwhile, you follow him and place a couple on the other side. You start humming a Christmas jingle to yourself as you work, hearing him join in after a while. As you decorated, you realised the sound of his voice was getting closer…

Suddenly, he bumps into you as you both realise you were back in the middle, underneath the door entrance.

A mistletoe was already hung up there and both of you were underneath it. Right in the doorway. He doesn’t seem to realise what it meant.. Typical of your adorable clueless idiot. You stare at him, searching his eyes and hoping that he’d catch on by some unknown force of knowledge. He stared right back at you, his cheeks slightly pink-stained. It seemed he was flustered at the intense look you’re giving him.

You smile, amused and just lean down and press a kiss to his soft lips. “This is what it means, love.” You chuckle softly at his stunned look as his expression dissolves into a flustered, “oh.” You gently pet his head and murmur, “Come on, let’s get on with the deco.”

Toya follows, his cute face still pink, his expression barely betraying the slightest hint of nervousness.

You pick up some Christmas lights and pass them to him, pointing to a spot of the wall near the barista area, which was slightly higher than the lamps. “There. I think we can hang some over there.”

Toya nods and goes over while you hang up other strings of lights on the opposite side of the area. As you finish, you hear him letting out a soft sound of him trying to reach the spots.

You chuckle and come up behind him, hoisting him into your arms as you lifted him up to reach the space. He starts to thank you while hanging up the lights and you look up at him, grinning, “You can always ask for help, my love. you know that.” Toya mumbles a soft, “Yeah, yeah, alright..”

"Come on, Toya! I can't do this alone!", you yelled. An asked the whole Vivid Bad Squad to help her with decorating the Weekend Garage after the practice. Christmas was coming up and she has no strength to do this alone. You usually spend time with Toya during his practice, while drinking tea so you decided to help your boyfriend and his group with that. Do you have something better to do after all?

"I'm coming!", he answered with the stoic voice. An, as a captain of this action, divided roles between you. You and Toya were assigned to put the lights. "Do you need any help?"

"Not at all!", you said. You stepped out of the ladder and stood next to it with lights in your hand. "I can't reach the ceiling. Guess I'm too short", you chuckled. "Could you put it for me?", you handed him the lights.

"Uhm... Actually-"

"Yes? Thank you!", you interrupted. No, he can't protest. Not this time! You could already see this look of An's eyes that you try to "don't overwork yourself", so you must at least "pretend" that you do something.

"Oh... Okay...", he agreed. He would do it anyway. He's a hopeless romantic when it comes to his boyfriend. How could he disagree with him? He would do anything for him, no matter what it was. Even though he's scared... Just like now...

So now he's on the top of the ladder and tells himself to don't look down. He's slowly putting the lights on the ceiling, just above the windows, as you commanded him.

Then, he with a long sigh stepped out of the ladder.

"Toya? Something's wrong?", you asked. "You look quite pale..."

"No, no! It's nothing", he dismissed quickly. "I'm sorry for making you worry..."

"No, that's fine! But are you sure though...?", you pushed further. You knew he's gonna broke sooner or later. The question is how many time you'll have to wait.

"Ugh...", he looked away. Why do you have to be this way, when he can't say no to you...? "I'm just afraid of heights...", he finally admitted.

"Oh... I didn't know... I'm sorry...", you smiled stupidly as if it would fix anything. "I shouldn't ask you to do that." You slowly embraced your arms around him.

"No, don't say-"

"Hey! Are you going to stay there like a pole or will you help us you lovesick boys?", An yelled at you with her pretentious sight.

"Oh, right... Let's talk about it later, shall we?", you said, while rubbing your neck in confusion.

So you all continued decorating the weekend garage without a minute of "pretending to do something" and in the fact, you and Vivid Bad Squad had lots of fun as well.

But as we know, after a good work there's a good rest.

Ken, as a reward, gave you a cookie and any drink from the menu (except alcohol of course, which you jokingly complained about) for free. As you all enjoyed your time, you noticed something above you.

"Hey, isn't it mistletoe?", you pointed out to the plant.

"Yhm", Kohane nodded. "On the west, they say that if you kiss someone under this, you both will love each other till the end and will get married in the future."

"Sounds like something for you and Toya", An laughed.

"They don't need some kind of superstitious superstition. If they love each other, they'll marry sooner or later", Akito said, while shrugging his arms.

"You're just jealous, because you're the only single person in the group", An teased him, what made Akito roll his eyes.

"Come on! We won't know, if we don't try. What do you think, Toya?", you asked.

"I guess it's fine if you want that too."

Dates with the PJSK Boys !!

Tsukasa's dates often take place at somewhere lively & bustling, hmm I wonder where..maybe at a specific amusement park perhaps? Maybe it's the same amusement park he took you to where he anxiously yet confidently confessed his feelings to you.

Though going to the same place multiple times would feel more like being stuck in a loop than a routine, Tsukasa takes you to other places of course! More commonly being the mall or literally anywhere except places with bugs.

So..picnic dates are disappointingly out of the list. Unless you're one to be amused with the sight of Tsukasa screaming his heart out when a caterpillar wiggles its way towards you two.

Either way, it doesn't really matter where you two go. He'll make it his mission to make sure you have the greatest time ever!

Every single time, he makes you wonder how long he practiced the songs just to sing them to you. You wouldn't take any of it for granted.

Now for the competitive and fun part? Two words, the arcade. My gosh, that place is a battlefield for the both of you. No, there's no taking it easy on each other—just pure competition!

Akito's dates are exactly what you would expect (most of the time), carefree and somehow rebellious in a way. You two should really start having dates at clothing shops, god knows you're the only one who can help him with his questionable fashion sense..

Oh but some..if not most of your dates, are pretty chill actually. (He's just a chill guy...) The moment the both of you step through the doors of privacy, he's immediately all over you. Well not really, maybe that was a little exaggerated. I mean he's more affectionate than he would normally show, this man does not like PDA..but there will be certain exempt situations :3

okay I swear this is gonna be the last project sekai request I take for a long time... i think you deserve this fic since you're one of the people who got me into writing in the first place :3

You nod. "Yup, I'll hold you!" You grab Toya by his waist and lift him up.

He puts the ornament up, and after you put him down, you can see his knees slightly trembling. "You alright..?"

He nods. "I don't like heights very much..."

"Oh Toya," you bring him into a long embrace, "Don't worry, it's alright now. You got through it. Now, let's go eat, shall we?"
