Character ask meme: Lydia from Breaking Bad
How I feel about this character: She grew on me, i like her a lot. Her contradictions make her quite complex. On one hand, she's quick to threaten to murder people's infant daughters (learned from the best fr) but on the other, she can't stand to see the consequences of her actions. She's a coward, but she still faces her perceived imminent death with a lot of courage. She feels little to no empathy for others, but she still love her daughter. She gives me lots to think about!
I also like and agree with Laura Fraser's thoughts about Lydia.
All the people I ship romantically with this character: No one, I don't think she's capable of maintaining a romantic relationship.
My non-romantic OTP for this character: I'm intrigued her relationship with Peter and Gus in that one scene, they all seem close (bare feet level of close no less). Her interactions with Mike were also pretty good.
My unpopular opinion about this character: I guess that I don't ship her with Kim or Skyler, it's really the only "popular" opinion that I've seen about her lol. The lesbian headcanon is fine though (especially given her "very strange issues with women").
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: I wish she'd been in BCS s6, too bad Laura Fraser couldn't make it.
