So didn’t know this was a thing until a few weeks ago. Beautiful lake only 10 minutes drive from my house. Went paddleboarding for the first time in my life with my dad and step-ma. Tonight after a lovely dinner at my mum’s I decided to do something I haven’t done properly in a really really long time and got the rollerblades out. I’ve been telling myself (and pretty much everyone else) for the longest time that I want to get in shape and I’ve just not taken any effort to. I want to change that. Tonight was baby steps (or rolls). Just getting myself reacquainted with my skates, staying balanced and re-learning how to break. Did laps of a local car park for about 30 minutes.
