I genuinely think that one of the best things women could do toward the goal of reigniting a women's culture is normalize greeting other women with "sister," in the same way that it is routine and polite for men to greet each other with "brother."

I'm gonna learn to code and make a game called No Misogyny thats only gameplay feature is violent and sadistic murder & torture of men. Maybe start with one catcalling the women protag and she murders him for it. Actually they don't even have to be misogynistic they can just be chilling. We'll see who likes censorship the most when Ball Cutting Simulator 1000 hits the market.

blaming other women feels safer than empathizing, doesn't it? it means you don't have to imagine yourself in her place. if her pain results from her failure to adopt correct ideology and behavior, it means her pain could never be yours. she is not you. you make the correct choices. it's her own fault. you would never make that mistake. you are safe.
right?

A rose by any other name would smell as sweet and a female by any other pronouns would still be oppressed in a patriarchy

“In 2001 Nintendo, makers of Game Boy, decided to do something unique to help promote their style campaign. They tapped young Helen Red Richards Rees, then a freelance shoe designer, to come up with these delightfully silly promotional shoes to show off the different colors the new Game Boy devices were available in. She is now head of design for C. & J. Clark International Ltd.”
