I have found a workaround to access the LEGO Mindstorms Hone app content. Kindly refer to this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JH3Eq_k-GaI

The Mindstorms Home app will not run on the latest version of macOS Sequoia due to expired developer certificate. The EV3 Classroom app will run on macOS Sequoia, but does not have the building instructions or programs for the 31313 set. If you have ever installed and run the Mindsrtorms Home app prior to installing macOS Sequoia, you should have a folder in your Documents directory named LEGO Mindstorms Home Content (I can'r remember the exact name). If you do, you can try the following:

Install the EV3 Classroom app.

Run it once. You'll see that it creates a folder in your documents directory named LEGO Education EV3 Content.

Rename this folder LEGO Education EV3 Content old, or something like that.

Rename the Mindstorms Home content folder to LEGO Education EV3 Content Content.

When you launch the EV3 Classroom app, you should be able to see the building instructions and programs for the 31313 set.

macOS version of the EV3 Home software no longer runs on latest macOS. Here is the screenshot and message I sent to LEGO customer support. Perhaps if enough people do so, LEGO might fix the issue.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to download and install the EV3 Home software on my Mac running macOS Sequoia.

The software was downloaded from this link. https://www.lego.com/en-us/themes/mindstorms/downloads

I downloaded the version for macOS 10.14 or newer. The name of the file is: MINDSTORMS_Home_macOS_1.5.0_Global.dmg

I could open the dmg file and copy the app to my application folder but when I try to run it, this happens.

It seems that this is due to invalid developer signature.

Is LEGO able to renew the developer signature?
