An indefinite Haitus?

Hiya!! Toki here :) I just wanted to announce a few things.

-

1) That I won't be active on tumblr as much as I used to be due to personal reasons

2) I've been losing interest in loz for a while now, but that doesn't mean I'll completely abandon it! It just means that this blog won't be updated as often anymore, and I won't be drawing LU content as much as I used to. I'll still update here if inspiration strikes :)

3) But I'll miss you guys!!! So much :(( So come hit me up on @chottoki on Instagram and or @loktauri on Twitter.

I met some amazing people due to loz and lu, and I've been influenced a whole lot due to these communities aswell so I don't think I'll ever stray too far away lol . Overall, this isn't a goodbye, but more of a "see you later" :) Love you all <333

Finally finished my four swords page for the manga redraw that @imaginefourswords is hosting!! I definitely don’t work well with manga style comics but i’m pretty satisfied with the final product.

LoZ - BAPY TWILIGHT: Child/Preteen TP Link 

I have been having these Bapy Twilight feels and ideas of what life must had been like for Twilight growing up in Ordon Village prior to the events of Twilight Princess. 

I put on a separate post my own headcanons and stories about Pre-TP Link’s life in Ordon Village but in a short summary, Bapy Twilight was found injured near the border to Ordon Village after running away from a bandit ambush that killed his parents. The Ordonians decided to adopt this young Hylian child as one of their own. Rusl and Uli were his foster parent-figures, even before they got married and had their kids.

So, @moonyxart​ had the brilliant notion of bombarding our mods at the LU server with an excessive amount of love. They gathered several artists to complete a long ass comic that gave a brief history of the server. Since we didn’t know what the mods looked like, we used their kin to represent them. 

It was tedious, and while I joined long after these events happened, It was still a fun project! The reactions from the mods alone was the best reward! XD

As an added bonus, I took some screenshots of my progress of how the draw was made. I’m still iffy about the coloring since It was done quickly, cheaply, and with minimum effort (I usually use at least 3 colors in shading and highlighting each). Still, it came out alright… I think. It’s under the Read more since it kept on distracting even me! XD

The mods over at the LU Discord server are an amazing bunch of absolutely lovable people who always keeps on giving and giving, so if you aren’t over there yet you totally should join! 

Anyway, I really wanted to give them something back in thanks for being such an awesome team of moderators, so I roped together a bunch of artists and together we made a comic about the history of the server’s first year. 

These two pages were the ones I made for it, and since we don’t know what the mods look like and to make it easier to draw we assigned each of them a Link/LoZ character. And, well, the result absolutely blew me away. Each and every one of the artists I worked with are super talented and I’m so grateful for them for joining me in this project <3

Wild woke up with a start. He went into a panic until he realized that he was in a room. Wild was tense as he took in his surroundings, making sure it wasn’t just a dream induced by Mipha’s grace. He felt a sigh of relief as he felt her power thrumming within his very core, a nice reminder despite her spirit no longer with him. Putting a hand to his chest, he held it there for a while, lost to the beating of his own heart. He was lost in thought that he didn’t hear footsteps approaching the door and opening it.
