My pro ana tips♡
Drink lots of water
Eat lots of sugar free gum
Workout for at least 1 hour a day
Don’t eat after 6pm
Don’t eat until 7am
Take multivitamins
Wear a rubber band around your wrist:snap it Everytime you think abt food or eating
Only eat healthy low cal low fat foods
Count your calories
Make excuses to not eat
Try drinking black coffee or green tea (no sugar or sweeteners)
Don’t eat anything without a nutrition label
Look at thinspo *constantly*
Only eat when ur with ur family
Cut your food into small pieces
Avoid all soda (even diet)
Weigh yourself 3 times a day (minimum)
Get lots of sleep because food gives you energy and your not eating very much of that
Keep a eating disorder diary (write you goals and current weights and food intake )
Start a tumblr thinspo page to distract you from eating
