I was at the premiere. And I could cry about it right now because I saw all of these young girls dressed up as Wonder Woman and they were so excited, and I remember when I was younger and ‘Kill Bill’ came out and I went to the theatre with a plastic samurai sword because I was so excited there was a female action movie. This is on a totally different level because it’s directed by a woman and it’s about a female superhero.

The Dollhouse plot was still one of the best plotlines in PLL and it’s definitely something that should’ve lasted more than like two episodes

There’s a difference between expressing your dislike for something and just being plain mean.
Yes, I get it. Many people are disappointed with the finale. We invested years into the show only to be left with so many unanswered questions and a rushed/random storyline. You can think that. You can say it, because that’s your right. Hell, go outside and scream about how you thought the finale is bullshit, if that makes you feel better. But that doesn’t change the fact that the people involved with the show are human beings with feelings.
There’s a way to express your anger/disappointment without being totally disrespectful. Don’t you dare make fun of someone’s appearance. It’s just a shitty thing to do. I know it may not seem like it, but all the people involved did put a ton of time and effort into the show. Even Marlene.
Just consider the fact that the writers and the actors CAN see your comments and they will take them personally because they put their hearts into this show. Every decision they made was something they thought was the right thing to do to make the viewers happy. Granted, it doesn’t seem like it, but that’s the truth.
Just please please please be considerate. I get it, you’re angry. You have every right to be. Just take a deep breath. It’ll be okay.

You can’t satisfy everybody. I’ve had to consciously remove myself from looking at people’s responses. As wonderful as it is when you get messages from people saying how much they like your performance, all you have to do is see that one person who’s like ‘This is stupid, I hate you’ and it’s gut-wrenching. Like, this is a story our creator came up with, and it’s my job to tell that story to the best of my abilities. So when someone says you were horrible, it’s hard not to take that in.
