      Hastily rubs his eyes; that’s not a familiar voice at all. Not always a good sign in the mercenary business... but no harm in at least remaining civil, right? Especially after a wellness check.

      Might be a just a little embarrassing, still, being caught in this state...

      “Oh, I appreciate that, sir... but I’m okay. I just get kinda sleepy this time of year, haha...” He paused a moment to sit up more. “Name’s Slippy! It’s nice to meet you!”

OBJECTIVE: POCKY DAY

      Slippy had been so focused on the game in front of him that he’d hardly noticed the vulpine approach. He barely had time to look up and greet his leader before the other dipped down to gently bite into the biscuit nonchalantly hanging out of the frog’s mouth. Slip knew there was a game that was played with these sticks, but... they were so close--close enough even to feel the whiskers protruding from that ivory muzzle to tickle his own nose! There they seemed to linger for a moment or two, and the frog stared wide-eyed and cheeks a brilliant red. Once Fox pulled away, he broke the silence at last.

      “F-Fox! Haha... hey!” Another pause as he nearly choked down the remainder of the treat, he then placed the controller down next to him to fetch the box containing the rest and present it to his friend. “I, uh... got some whole ones left if you want any...!”

You know, I honestly forgot about this blog’s second role as a Star Fox RP resource blog 💀

Anyways, I should have icon packs for Fox, Slippy, and Katt up soon, then I’ll see about moving on to the rest of the team. You can find Krystal’s here.

In the meantime, are there any characters with significantly less screen time you’d like me to doodle up some icons for? No promises on a prompt delivery or an extensive range of expressions, but I wouldn’t mind gauging interest at least. I’d love to see our rpc pick back up again :D

the receiver has recently been kidnapped and held captive by enemies of the sender. send in “ i told you i’d find you… “ for the sender, having spent every minute since the abduction searching for them, to reunite with the receiver after defeating the bad guys. ( OR: if the sender wouldn’t say this, send in “LOST” and whatever they might actually say in that situation! so for example: “LOST + “come on, let’s go home.” )

alternatively, send in “ i knew you’d find me… “ for the sender to have been kidnapped by the receiver’s enemies, and for the receiver to reunite with them after defeating the bad guys.
