#WCW Beyonce is one of the very popular artists in mainstream media today. Her commitment to making amazing songs and performances is what her fans love and admire about her. She is not only involved in charities like Black Lives matter but she is also the co-founder of CHIME FOR CHANGE, a platform designed to empower women and girls through education, health and justice. Beyonce also brought more attention to the idea of Intersectional feminism in her recent album, Lemonade, which many artists in the mainstream media try to avoid. She not only gives 110% but she works extremely hard in what she loves to do and that's what's really admirable about her. #TLCMemberTuesday Cinthia Flores Lagunas is 4th Year Psych Major. She is the Fundraising Chair for TLC . The reason she joined TLC was because she learned that TLC is much more than just community service club. It also focuses on empowering women by supporting them and helping them develop various skills. The club's goal of empowering other women is definitely the reason why she decided to stick around.
