Rainbow Diet🌈
inspired by @honeysugarfree
TW ED it might not be pride month but going into the colder parts of the year it’s time to bring some colour into your life! for 7 days each day will have a different colour for you to live by!!
guidelines:
♥️ - as much as you can, only eat/drink meals that fit into the days colour
🧡 - drink a lot of water along with that, keep your skin bright!
💛 - theme your clothes/makeup around the colours as well!!
💚 - eat slowly and savour your food, you probably wont get to taste it again for a while, why scarf it down?
💙 - exercise regularly, that can be taking walks with your coloured drink of choice, or a dedicated workout.
💜 - feel free to combine this with another diet/cal limit
day one:
of course we start at the beginning of the rainbow with red, one of the most common fruit colours.
meals🍒
strawberries, tomatoes, pomegranates. raspberries, cherries, red apples, all delicious red foods!
day two:
after red comes orange, time for some quality vitamin C!
meals🍊
oranges of course, carrots, pumpkin, and melon can build your diet today
day three:
i hope the sun is bright and warm! get a yellow meal and spend some time outside!

bananas, eggs, noodles, pineapple, lemons, yellow can be so refreshing!
day four:
green is the colour of nature, go for a walk if you have the time!

kiwi, cucumbers, celery, grapes, avocado, green apples, pear, salads, green gives you so many options, just make sure not to overindulge
day five:
blue! the colour of the sky and the ocean, feel free to liquid f4st today!
meals🫐
that’s a lot of blueberries! you might have to get creative today and tomorrow if you want solid food. blackberries are close enough for me
day six:
purple, one of the rarer colours to see in nature. keep up the creativity, and make sure to keep up your water intake

more blueberries and grapes, plus some creativity! mix some blue and red foods together if you’re out of ideas
day seven:
and for the last day, pink! make sure to dress in something cute and enjoy some pink food

most red berries especially when frozen or mixed with something white are a nice pink, watermelon, some low cal packaged snacks, lots of recipes!
