i lied. put your clothes back on. we’re going to talk about rio’s face after evanora (agatha’s mum) tells agatha that she was “born evil”.
seems like the general “oh agatha’s mean” “agatha’s evil” “you can’t trust her” statement that we see throughout the series, right? no, wrong. she wasn’t born with evil magic, she wasn’t born with the natural desire to kill and do horrible things to people - those things were learned, not things she just is. evanora knows this, so what else was evanora referring to? what did she really mean by that statement?
was it about agatha being queer, and loving women? that was my first thought and rio’s reaction only makes it seem more likely. agatha was born queer. does that, in her mothers eyes, make her evil?
furthermore, could this be a possible cause of why agatha is the way she is? why she believes herself to be so evil, even though we know she has a capacity to care and to love people? - a capacity which only further proves she wasn’t “born evil”, as she still has natural human emotions, urges, conscience. she does feel bad for what she’s done, she does care about people, and she did it all for a mostly-valid reason: nicky. she changed herself for him and learned that what she was taught as a child was not how she was supposed to be.
and yes, a lot of her actions are inexcusable, i am not denying that. but they all had at least partially valid reasons as to why she did them. so she’s not evil, that’s proved. so surely evanora must be referring to her homosexuality.
what do you guys think? sorry for the essay too (it’s my current hyperfixation)

i will never stop talking about skulduggery and valkyries relationship. partners in crime, soulmates, best friends, father-daughter/mentor-mentee, each others rocks. two people who love each other so much - not a romantic love - but a deep, eternal, unconditional one; they would kill anyone, do anything, and even watch the world burn for the slightest chance of saving each other.

Why does no one talk about how much of an absolute transmasc ICON scapegrace is after the body transplant. Like honestly him discussing how he looks in the mirror and sees a woman but knows he’s a man, etc, is SO transmasc coded
One of my favourite examples is this extract from last stand of dead men, chapter 4, especially the but about his face/voice not being “his”.
(Crossed out all of the irrelevant text, if you want the full thing, it is ch 4 of lsodm)

Js thought you should know that during season 1, there’s scene where Crowley is deciding what planet he should go to after the end of the world. As he looks through the atlas pages to figure out where to go, you can see a page that says “Gallifrey” on it float past, with a picture of the planet on it. This confirms that the Doctor Who universe exists within the Good Omens universe and ALSO means that somewhere in this universe, every couple of years, a random dude with Crowley’s face was js popping up all throughout time and space 😅.
This fact is even better when you realise that (apart from when he goes a little bit off the rails yk 😶) the Doctor is always helping people and planets, meaning that being as dumb as they are, Hell probably thought Crowley was js going around helping people randomly 😭😂.
(The quality is shocking but I swear it says Gallifrey and that is defo a picture of Gallifrey 😭)
