Jax: It's always fun seeing the asshole character being the most ticklish (he will destroy people back though as revenge so be careful), so probs 12/10 ticklish

Pomni: Pathetic wet cat vibes, needs cheer up tickles, not the most experience tickling other people. 10/10

Ragatha: The 'mom vibes' are strong. Basically more of a ler but she's still ticklish. 9/10

Gangle: Same as Pomni, but a bit harder to actually tickle since her body is, well, ribbons (Still works tho) 8.5/10

Kinger: A wildcard, though it can be easy to trick him into letting you tickle him. More likely to forget or get distracted than get revenge. 8/10

Zooble: Can change their parts and some parts are either more or less ticklish than others, making them a bit more of a wildcard than Kinger. Depending on who tickles them, they might not even bother with revenge. 7.5/10

Caine: Programmed to be ticklish, but given he's the AI of the circus, he can willingly turn it on and off. 7/10

I have tried to shortly explain the difference of impulsive and intrusive and hope it will help people to understand and use the words correctly.

Say he could shapeshift bigger, bigger than Alastor's demon form. He could just hold someone in one hand while absolutely destroying them with the other

Smaller? Gets into people's clothes and harder to get him out

More arms? Already know from Angel that's basically going to drive someone crazy

Def had tickle fights with Lilith and Charlie before the former disappeared

Like with a previous headcanon I had, because he's a Fallen Angel, his wings/feathers tickle worse than regular wings/feathers.

Very teasy ler, but one that ends up flustering himself from the teases, yet he can't help but tease whoever he's tickling.

Favorite/Main victims are Charlie and Alastor, though he will tickle just about anyone if his Ler mood is big enough. Anyone in the hotel should run.

Since Charlie's taller than him now, she can easily pick her dad up to tickle him. Lucifer is very embarrassed about this but also is glad to be bonding with Charlie again.
