Tbh, the scene with Bea and Ava dancing, where the camera focuses on Ava- a lot of people have been saying that Ava's realizing just how in love she is in that moment. But I think that scene is there to show the viewers how deep Ava is, I don't think this is news to her. I think she is very very aware of her feelings for Bea, just unsure how to navigate them.
