Good morning
When I woke up today I felt a lot of difficulties. When I relapse and start all over again, I'm always so hungry and find it difficult to know where to start with my calorie intake or whether I should just stick to water for a short period of time.
I have been in control today by only getting a protein shake and a training session.
I'm thinking of starting by taking in 700kcal a day and burning 500kcal.
It helps to think: What you eat in private, you show in public!
