A sale is pending for this 1929 mansion in Flint, MI. It's a bargain, it's beautiful, but Flint hasn't been the same since the General Motors plant left. It has 6bds, 5.5+ba, 6,100sqft, $750k. Would you buy a reasonably priced mansion in a city that faced significant economic challenges, including high poverty rates and unemployment? Take a look at it.
Entrance foyer of the beautiful Tudor style home.
The grand stairway in the entrance hall. This home would be millions in another area.
There's a large, bright, sun-filled sitting room painted a pretty shade of blue.
And, here's a beautiful wood paneled den with lovely built-in shelving. Every room has glass doors to the gardens, and that would worry me. They're so easy to break into.
The dining room has wonderful arched doors and an original fireplace.
This is the everyday dining room. Love the wallpaper.
The kitchen retained it's original cabinetry, sink, and stove. The island came later, but it matches perfectly. I don't think I've ever seen a more meticulously preserved vintage kitchen. Even the floor is the same.
And, look at the pantry. That's an antique ice box fridge on the left.
A cute little office has an original linoleum floor, too.
And, the door in the office opens to this lovely enclosed sunporch.
Wow, classy. A makeup salon with pink satin walls and a wall of mirrors.
Plus, it has its own powder room.
The bedrooms are upstairs, and I think that this is the primary.
The vintage baths in this home are fabulous.
Look at this one w/the purple fixtures and floor.
Look at this little tower room.
It even has its own half bath.
Two of the rooms in the finished basement.
Look at the gorgeous gardens.
It's only been on Realtor.com for 7 days and already has a pending sale. There is a 2-car garage on the back of the main house, a separate garage, and a big new garage on a 1.9 acre lot. So, what do you think? Would you buy it? I think I would. It's gorgeous and it must be like the city I worked in- it was a cesspool, but there was one wealthy district full of mansions. I always wanted to live there.

Wish I could buy this beautiful 1890 Victorian in Mt. Arlington, NJ. (Taxes $20,054yr.! That would add $1,671mo. onto the mortgage payment.) When I bought my house, I was thinking no prob- the mortgage was affordable, but I was a 1st time buyer and didn't think of the taxes, until I got the mortgage bill w/$11k/yr. added. Then, the furnace went, the water heater, a pipe sprung a leak, you can't keep up. Anyway, it has 5bds, 4ba, 4,396sqft, $999k.
Beautiful entrance hall has wainscoting, pocket doors, intricate millwork, and a corner fireplace.
Nice sitting room needs decor.
The dining room is very large. I doubt if that fireplace tile is original, though.
What a great built-in cabinet. So much storage.
Not terribly thrilled w/the kitchen reno. They definitely spent a lot on expanding it and it's not terrible, but a little too much for the style of the house.
They made it so big that they put a coffee bar area here.
This is nice- a family room with a bar.
Pretty, vintage powder room.
Large 2nd fl. central hall.
The door at the end of the hall opens to this wonderful balcony.
Spacious primary bedroom.
Has a nook similar to a walk-in closet.
This is nice, a vintage bath.
The other bedrooms are also very large.
Big finished attic.
There's even a large shower up here.
Love the brick and stone in the finished basement.
Beautiful pool.
The porch wraps around to the side of the house.
Where there's a mud room entrance.
More patio area.
Plus a 2 car garage.
1.25 acre lot.
And, it's within walking distance of the popular Lake Hopatcong.

A home for the sophisticated Hobbit. Look at this place! Have you ever seen anything like it? Underhill, near Homefirth, UK has 4bds, 3ba, 3,900sqft, and was designed by architect Arthur Quarmby in 1969, completed in 1975. $1,816,019
Let us enter the round front door and take a look inside. Welcome to the Hobbit estate.
You may be wondering why the foyer doors are square.
The round doors have sliding barn doors on the other side.
It's huge in here, open concept, and gets a lot of light from the sliding glass doors and skylights in the hill.
And, surprise! There's a gorgeous indoor pool. Do you love the canopy and skylight over it?
Beautiful poolside rock walls.
Imaging sitting around the pool all year round.
Poolside dining area is in front of the windows.
Sliders open to the fabulous garden.
In this corner there's a large flat screen.
Ultra modern kitchen.
And, the coziest family room.
Then, double doors beside the pool slide open to reveal a pool room with a bar, flatscreen, and skylight.
The primary suite features a sliding glass wall to the beautifully designed bath.
There's also a large walk-in closet/dressing room.
This is a child's room, judging by the toy stove and rocking horse.
And, another lovely marble bath.
The property is amazing. Here's the patio, of course.
You can climb on the roof.
Here are the skylights. The middle one is the beautiful over the pool.
Gardens.
And, the entrance gates to Underhill. Note the 2 car garage, also. A home fit for the most discerning Hobbit.

Here's a castle home that is haunted, and the ghost has a name- Clara. The 1909 home in Kansas City, MO has 6bd, 4ba, 4,817sqft & was built using 28" stone blocks. It's been reduced $25k to $825k and has quite a history- it went from being a brothel to a church, then In 1992, the pews were sold and it became The Writer's Place, a non-profit literary organization.
This is Betsy, who worked for a publisher on the 3rd fl. She said, "Probably 10 times a year, something huge happens that I cannot explain.'" In 2001, employees said that the building was haunted, noting footsteps on the stairs, perfume smells, and phones that cut off daily at 3:45 p.m. At a 2000 seance at the Writers Place, a psychic said there is a specter named Clara, a ghostly woman of the night.
The current owner kept the original posters that were displayed outside the Writer's Guild. Since he's been here, about 75 people came looking for the Writer's Guild.
He liked that the main floor was open, and went about remodeling it with high end finishes.
When he purchased the house, the kitchen was in the basement, so he put this one in. It looks like there was a fireplace behind the stove.
The powder room was renovated. Very nice sink and tile.
The house has several levels and a basement. He said that his children loved running around and it kept them amused during the winter mos.
There's a little library on this level.
A lovely vintage/modern bath up here.
The bedrooms are all very large.
The primary bedroom is on the 3rd level.
And, has access to the wall-walk behind the parapet.
It has 2 walk-in closets outside the huge ensuite.
Brand new bath.
Going up to the highest level.
There are 3 more finished rooms.
This one is adorable, in the turret.
And, here we are up on the turret.
The current owner also completely redid the basement.
There's a large rec room and a 3pc bath down here.
The home is on a 0.29 acre lot.

This 2007 compound in Winterhaven, CA comes with its own race track and dude ranch. 10bds, 12ba, 11,792sqft, $25.5m. Includes all furnishings and vehicles.
Lots of different vehicles.
So, you can invite your friends and provide the race cars.
There's also this cool modified school bus.
And, a helicopter.
Open living room and dining area. You get a nice pool table. The house isn't all white, but it's very brown.
There are several more playing tables and a bar back here. Notice the cars on display. Very cool.
You even get a craps table.
There's a formal dining room.
And look at the size of this kitchen counter. It's so big, it has an island in the middle.
The kitchen extends back here, too.
Quiet sitting area.
The primary suite.
Walk-in closet.
There are a lot of bedrooms. Good thing they all come furnished.
There are more baths than bedrooms.
None of this looks like a dude ranch. But, this must be where guests stay.
The guest rooms have kitchenettes.
The garage housing the vehicles is gigantic.
Lots of tools and things.
It looks like they have an ice machine, and maybe there's fuel for all the vehicles.
More vehicles. Looks like a few oil tankers, too.
The huge compound is 401 acres and includes a caretaker's house, as well.

1896 mansion in Muncie, IN has 4bds, 4ba, 8,126sqft, $719k. In 2021 this home was purchased while it was in desperate need of repair. As part of the historic district, it received a lot of care. It's such an important landmark that the Historical Society has an easement on the front entry way. (So, they have a right to your front entrance? Sounds odd, to me.)
Everything was professionally restored. Large foyer has beautiful floor tile, a big bench and wainscoting. (So, if the front entrance has an easement for the Historical Soc., does that mean you could home some day to find them sitting in here?)
From there, enter the central hall with a coffered ceiling, wainscoting, pocket doors and a lovely niche.
Beautiful sitting room with a fireplace and a wall of shelving.
There's room for a large desk.
Plus a built-in bench.
Lovely, large formal dining room with mahogany wainscoting and a marble fireplace. Why the stormy clouds on the ceiling, though.
The formal reception room is beautiful.
Okay, the kitchen reno isn't bad. They didn't overdo it. I think that it looks good and there appears to be an original wall in the stove area.
This is so nice. You don't usually see many fireplaces on stair landings, and there's also a window seat. They've even got the lamps on the newel posts working.
It's quite large up here.
The primary bedroom is gigantic. It's so pretty with its original fireplace and beautiful wallpaper.
There's even a cozy TV room thru a foyer.
They really did a great vintage restoration on this bath.
This bedroom has the typically Victorian sink, which they restored.
They saved that fabulous fireplace in this bath.
Isn't this nice? Who doesn't love a 2nd fl. terrace?
They found a space to put in a walk-in closet/dressing room, too. This is on the 3rd level.
Closeup of the details on the newel post.
Working fountain in the garden.
Lots of parking and beyond the gate is a carriage house.
0.37 acre lot.

I have never seen a more intriguing house than this 1910 cement block building in Manistee, MI. 2bds, 2ba, 3,600sqft, Reduced $36k to $299k. Antique and vintage components have been installed by the artist owner & purchased or salvaged mostly in Manistee.
As soon as you enter, you can tell it's special. It's been featured in Country Victorian Magazine, Old House Journal & HGTV's Building Character.
Too bad it doesn't come with all these wonderful things. I would imagine that the old phone closet stays, though. It's unusual that it has steps down to this pass-thru area.
At least the new owner will get all the architectural salvage pieces like the doors on the right.
This is a very nice room.
Beautiful original fireplace.
It must be empty b/c the listing shows some of the rooms both furnished and empty. They left some odds and ends, like the old photos in this room, but this is the dining room w/a built-in cabinet.
Beautiful library.
Wow, look at the vintage kitchen.
This is cute.
Here we are on the 2nd fl.
Apparently, they weren't using this room as a bedroom. Now, that looks like a real tin ceiling.
This room has built-in shelving and a vintage ensuite.
Very nice. You can't see it in this photo, but it has a modern shower, too.
This bedroom is smaller, but it also has an ensuite.
Another cute vintage bath.
Down in the basement, there's a heating unit on the wall, so there's potential. '
There's a lot of rooms down here and it looks like it was once a business.
This door has a "No Admittance" sign.
There's a lot of land, 6 acres, and these red buildings have interesting stories.
One was turned into a theater.
And this one has a bar.
Don't know what this is, but it looks like a child's playroom.
Kind of looks like a home. I don't even know what building this is.
And, this looks like another piece of architectural salvage on the property. The listing has 99 wonderful photos, there's so much to see.

Colorful, artsy 1853 Greek Revival home in Providence, RI. 6bds, 5ba, 3,649sqft, reduced $100k to $1.695m. The house is under contract, so I would hope that the owners have started packing all their stuff, b/c there sure is a lot of it.
Enter a lovely hallway with a beautiful staircase.
It appears that the owners have been here for quite a while, judging from the amount of things they've accumulated. It also looks like they added lots of shelving. We can see that there's a beautiful arch w/columns between the living & dining rooms, and a lovely fireplace.
This would be the formal dining room lined with bookcases that aren't built-ins, so I would imagine that they would take them. There's another nice fireplace in here, too.
They use this room as the informal dining room, but I have a feeling that it's really supposed to be the formal dining room. It's quite colorful, and has lovely arches on either side of the fireplace.
The kitchen is kind of a galley style and looks original. The cabinets were painted, but they added new appliances, counters and a backsplash. I guess that the pictures look cute on the upper doors.
Nice vintage 1/2 bath.
Here's a little TV room.
Back in the hall, to the upstairs bedrooms and baths. There's a pocket door on the right, but it's hard to see when the wood is painted.
This room looks like an office. So many art pieces and so much to see.
The bedrooms are quite large and have fireplaces that appear to be blocked off.
This is a nice room. It's light and has plenty of space for a desk.
Here's a nice vintage bath.
This bedroom also gets plenty of light and is quite roomy.
And, here's another bright vintage bath.
Look at the bed in this room. It appears that the layout of this house has all the bedrooms leading into each other.
All the baths are basically the same.
These are bedrooms in the finished attic. They also get a lot of natural light.
This is nice if you need extra bedrooms.
They have a half bath up here with a nice skylight.
Covered porch in the back. Look at the garden.
There are paths thru the gardens.
This is lovely, it even has a pretty blue fireplace. It's like an outdoor living room.
This natural garden is lower maintenance than a manicured one, but you have to like the look. I love the paths thru it.
9,147.6sqft lot.

The globby, 1985 Starcastle estate in Fairfield, CT is for sale. It has 4bds, 5ba, 5,036sqft, and was reduced $100k to $1.4m. Very interesting home- take a look.
I'm guessing that when they priced it at $1.5m, they thought that there would be a lot of people with the same taste, but alas, not everyone likes this kind of home, so they've had to reduce it.
It's a very sculptural home and it includes a guest house that is rented, so in order to see it, buyers will have to schedule it separately.
Even though it was built in the '80s, it has a classic conversation pit in front of the fireplace.
The views are stunning.
It's been very well-maintained for this type of construction. The dining area has a lovely view and is right next to the kitchen service counter.
Check out the huge kitchen. It's laminate, but a timeless look. The black counters never go out of style.
There's a nice playroom here with built-ins.
Large shower room.
There's nothing special about the secondary bedrooms.
The shower rooms are all very similar.
When you're down in the living room, you look up and see a balcony, and this is what's up there. I didn't expect a fireplace. It's cozy.
Looking down from here.
The primary bedroom is the largest room and features a loft.
It's nice up here.
And, it also has a door to a private terrace.
The ensuite.
The 4th bd. is the smallest, but features a nice skylight.
Plus, its own ensuite.
There's a patio outside the dining area.
Plus, a beautiful pool w/a waterfall and a gazebo.
The grounds are beautiful.
The property overlooks Squantz Pond and is near Candlewood Lake, which was one of my favorite places when I lived in CT. It's all protected parklands.
Look at the happy face! 23.5 acres of land- lots of property and Fairfield is a nice town, so I'm sure that you're also paying for the land.

Elegant little condo in Seattle, WA in a 2006 building has 1bd, 1ba, 605sqft, reduced $25k to $475k + $442/m HOA.
According to the listing, it's one of the few designated Live/Work units at the Matae Condos. The direct street-level access is ideal for attorneys, therapists, accountants, designers, or anyone seeking flexible use. It's so small, though, I wouldn't want clients coming directly into my home.
This is basically it. I wouldn't want to have people coming and going in here.
It's a sweet setup for a professional, but I would just use it a home.
This little living room space is so elegant.
It's like a teeny mansion, and now I hate my apt.
This is a designer kitchen. I wonder if they're leaving the island piece, though. Not thrilled w/that glass door and all the low windows.
Beautiful teal cabinets w/gold hardware. Looks like marble counters and backsplash.
It featured in House Beautiful Magazine’s "Inspiring Kitchens" Edition.
I like that the bedroom is separate, and a washer/dryer fits in the room.
There's a hand painted mural in this little foyer.
And, look at the beautiful tile and sink in the bath. This is much larger than a lot of baths you'd find in a lot of homes. Love the niche in the wall, too.
The parking is deeded and there's also storage.
The building has a common area that you could probably reserve for a party.
There's also a nice gym.
I think that this is an outdoor shared area. Look at how close the Space Needle is.

Even though this home was built in 1960, it's not your typical mid-century modern. Located in Orleans, MA, it has 3bds, 3ba, 1,925sqft. The house was transformed by it's owners and master craftsmen, to become a "cottage by the sea." $1.59m.
You enter a small foyer and then the main living area.
To the right, there's a comfy, cozy, living room. The raised hearth fireplace is wood-burning.
A full-size sofa w/lamps was built into this lovely windowed space. (There's a heat register under it, so it must be toasty warm in winter.)
This sofa is also built into a nook. The living room features reclaimed 125-year-old wood from a local Masonic Temple.
And, look at the little niche where they tucked in a desk and with shelving. Isn't that charming?
Next to the living room there's a dining area. Look at the pretty lamps on the wall.
Through a wide doorway next to the dining area, there's a family room.
Love the walls of built-in shelves.
This is an everyday dining space.
It's part of the country kitchen that features lots of windows and a professional Viking stove.
There's a nice main floor bedroom. Love the closet- it looks like a built-in armoire.
And, there's also a nice bath.
Through a hall, there're stairs to the 2nd level.
There's a nice big bonus space up here.
And, another nice bath up here.
Look at how spacious the primary bedroom is.
It's got this sweet sitting area that opens to a terrace.
The exterior spiral stairs come up to the terrace. And, note that there's also a retractable awning.
The finished basement features lots of storage, built-in cabinetry, and a fireplace.
Plus, there's a guest room down here, also.
Outside there 's a nice brick patio. '
Two cute little sheds.
0.35 acre lot that's only a short walk to Nauset Beach on the Atlantic Ocean.

Adorable little 1850 cottage in Middlebury, VT has 2bd, 2ba, 1,516sqft, $579k.
Enter the cozy living room. It even has a fireplace. So cute.
It has a dining room with wainscoting and French doors to the garden.
There's room for a small sideboard.
I think that this shelving is built-in.
And, it has the cutest cottage kitchen.
Lovely storage pieces. This is like a pantry area.
Surprisingly a lot of storage options are built in.
This is a beautiful built-in cabinet.
The bedrooms are on the 2nd level. They're small, but have lots of storage.
This is the larger of the 2 bedrooms and has convenient built-in dressers.

There's a small yard with room for a table.

Gorgeous 2000 home in Franklin, TN has a Morton Building, (like a pre-fab farm building), and a guest suite above the garage. 4bds, 5ba, 5,132sqft, $5.995m and it's under contract. The home was featured in Country Living Magazine.
I wonder when they went gray scale, but the house is still so elegant, it doesn't really matter.
Details of the lovely fireplace.
It's open concept and look at the huge, lighted storage wall.
Very large eat-in kitchen with chef's appliances.
The cozy everyday dining nook has a built-in banquette.
And, an arched door opens to this small screened porch.
There's also an elegant formal dining room with wainscoting and a beautiful chandelier.
Pretty guest powder room.
Plus a lovely family room with built-in shelving.
Not sure which room is the primary, this might be it, but there's a larger one, too.
Nice ensuite has a chandelier. Never had a chandy in the bath.
This bedroom has an adorable sleep nook, plus an extra room.
And, this ensuite w/a vanity table.
The Morton building is next to the main house.
It's basically a guest suite.
The grounds are beautiful.
This is a room attached to the house.
It opens to the pool, which is heated and can be used year round.
There's another guest suite in the large garage.
This is a little "treehouse" with a covered bridge.
It goes across the stream that runs thru the property.
There's also a little footbridge.
Gated entrance to the 29.21 acre property.

Here's a mental rental, b/c it's a condo in a 1922 Beaux-Arts building in Los Angeles, CA that was for sale for $2,510,200, but now it's for rent for $12,500mo. 3bds, 3ba, 6,000sqft. It's massive- you get the entire 5th floor. Look at this.
Enter the foyer and there's a coat closet. You can the massive space ahead.
This is convenient. As soon as you walk in, there's a bar and wine cooler.
Apparently, you're allowed to wall off part of it and make it a business, so you can live & work here.
Nice exposed brick wall along one side.
You get to see this nice clock tower from the living room window.
The kitchen is across the way and it has a door to the terrace.
Since this place is so huge, they could've done a bigger kitchen, I guess.
The sheltered terrace is pretty big. Not much of a view, though.
Here's the dining area.
But look at all the space in the middle.
They put another sitting area in this corner. Colorful furnishings would brighten and warm it up. This grayscale makes it look cold.
Then, farther down, there's a couch.
Off to the right, there's an open primary bedroom in a corner. A glass door opens to a fire escape.
Very spacious primary bath.
Huge walk-in closet.
Nice laundry room.
I guess that this would be where it could be sectioned off to make an office.
The problem is that this area includes the other 2 bds. This bedroom is also open.
And, this is the bath and closet that goes w/bd. #2.
According to the floorplan, bds. 2 &3 face each other, w/just a partial wall between them.

I expected this 2013 home to be a bland, ranch style, but I wasn't prepared for the interior. In fact, it's not even a ranch inside. Located in Lyndon, KS, it has 2bds, 2ba, 1,525sqft, $215k and it's got a pending sale.
The reason it's not a ranch is b/c they used the metal shell, but dug a deep hole inside, allowing them to actually add a 2nd floor. I guess it's kind of clever, but some of the work is shoddy. I actually like the entrance, with the exception of wolf draped over the railing.
So, the main floor is below grade. That wall looks unfinished, and so does the ceiling, though.
So, this floor is an open living room/kitchen.
The kitchen is quite large.
As you can see, the back door in the kitchen also has stairs, but the fridge is slightly in the way.
The mezzanine on the 2nd level is over the kitchen and living room.
There must be something going on behind that living room wall, the angle of it doesn't look right.
So here we are on the mezzanine.
It's pretty spacious up here, a family room.
Looking down from the mezzanine, you can see that there's something behind that wall. It's the garage.
You can tell that this is the main part of the actual house b/c it's a metal structure and the walls are bare metal.
They put up some wainscoting and a wall, b/c the structure was originally meant to be an open barn. I'm wondering if there's insulation.
In bath #1 they made a sink out of a bureau and it looks like they plastered the wall.
They fashioned a shower from corrugated metal, but I can't understand why they also used wood.
Bedroom #2 looks larger.
This is bath #2.
The shower is done differently in here. I don't know what they used on the wall. But, I hope it's not dry wall.
The washer/dryer is in here, too.
This storage room must be located somewhere on the 2nd floor.
This is the garage. It's half garage/half rec room.
They've got a makeshift bar.
It can be used as a 2 car garage.
Nice deck on the back of the house.
And, as the listing describes it, a tastefully done yard with a chain link fence.
0.98 acre lot.
Wow, look at how flat the land is.

The exterior of this 1898 Victorian in Oshkosh, WI caught my eye. 5bds, 2ba, 2,843sqft, $349,900. The interior has a lot of original features, but some of the owner's choices are a little whacko. The price is pretty good, though. Take a look and see what you think.
They replaced the flooring with that striped wood that I kind of like. Note that the newel post and railings are original.
They modernized the rooms and gray-scaled them, but the fireplace is still magnificent.
Thank goodness they didn't paint this beauty. Also, they didn't paint the moldings white, which is a real plus.
The dining room gets a lot of light and has wainscoting, but new gray walls just don't look right w/vintage wood. They really messed up the whole Victorian vibe.
Oh, Lawdy, Miss Claudie, what did they do in here? They wanted a Victorian kitchen, but they went a little overboard and the modern flooring and backsplash are throwing the whole thing off. I don't like the gold mesh in the doors, either.
Yowzah! I wonder if the new owner will get these DIY pieces with the house.
Oh, look, they put columns and a chandie on the porch. Fancy.
Damn. They painted the upstairs wood, white. And. look at the way the baseboards curve w/the wall.
2 rounded and angular bedrooms. They're nice. Look at the beautiful Victorian radiators.
Don't put a modern gray room in a Victorian. If buyers want that, let them buy a newer house.
If you're highlighting the original door, why are you making the rest of the room modern gray-scale? (And, why did you paint the wood?)
Okay, this is kind of cute.
Interesting sink choices.
Modern blue tiled shower. Why is there a bathtub faucet in the middle?
This room isn't finished and I would encourage them not to do it.
Same goes for this one. They'll only make it modern and ruin it.
Coming down the back former service stairs.
It's odd that the 2nd bath would be here, in a back hall. Note the painted-over tile, and this is a half bath, so there's only one full and it's a shower room.
The basement. This must be where the washer/dryer goes.
There might be some potential down here.
Lots of parking.
Or, it can be part patio. Nice 2 car garage.
The fenced yard extends way back. Lots of potential.
9,147.6sqft lot.

I guess that you could call this a bargain, especially for a group living situation. It's a converted 1914 mysterious former Masonic Lodge in Little Falls, NY. Someone converted it to a living and workshop quarters, plus they're leaving a lot of building materials with it. 2bds, 3ba, 19,960sqft, $499,900. 0.42 acre lot. The architectural style is French Gothic Castle. (I used to follow a couple that bought a Mason Lodge and converted it, but they seem to have removed most of the reno journey to Instagram and FB. I'll put the links at the end. Oh, and theirs is haunted.)
So, let's see what we've got here. A huge, finished room. I would rent this out as a venue.
Is that a theater rope on the stairs? Very cool.
This is quite a staircase.
New circuit breaker box.
There's a commercial kitchen, but there's also a regular kitchen that's almost finished, in the living quarters. Is that a fancy coffee machine on the end of the counter?
In here is a lovely original pantry and it still has the original dishware inside.
Another huge room. From what I can tell, either all, or most, of the supplies and things are staying.
Love the piano.
Also love the round bedroom and the original pushbutton light switch.
This is the living quarters kitchen. It's almost finished, and it looks like it's going to be very big. Stove looks high end.
Laundry room.
Large primary bedroom.
And, the ensuite. This could be nicer.
Look at this cool vintage porcelain fountain.
The heat and hot water systems look good, even though the room is creepy.
More building supplies. Is that a kiln?
This is a nice room.
This was where the mysterious Mason magic happened.
All of their stuff is still here.
This stuff needs to be researched. I wonder why they have this? The Lost Ark?
This place goes on and on.
Wow, check it out, a pipe organ.
