I have never seen the likes of this double octagonal dome, mid century modern, Shagadelic style house. It's a true time capsule. 1972 build in Mosheim, TN has 3bds, 3ba, 1,802 sq ft, $285k.
This looks like the entrance foyer in the middle of the 2 domes.
Look at the ceiling.
So, this must be the living room. It's an unusual shape and has one of those typically late-MCM fireplaces on the wall. The walls look like a rough simulated stone and look at the powdery stuff on the floor by the door.
Well, this is certainly an interesting living room.
I'm not sure if this is a dining room or a bedroom b/c they all look about the same.
The kitchen has an entrance from the garage. Convenient for bringing groceries in.
Oh, look, an original bronze dishwasher.
This must be the other dome that has the bedrooms. It's on the other side of the entrance hall.
This is a bedroom with an ensuite and sliders to the patio.
Wow, this bath is a real throwback.
Bd. #2 has a cool retro lamp.
It's difficult to fit plumbing fixtures into homes with curved walls.
Bd. #3 looks like it has an intercom on the wall. And, it also has a retro light fixture.
I didn't expect a basement, but there are 2 rooms down here.
This looks like an extra bedroom with a private entrance.
A utility room and there appears to also be a shower down here.
The garage.
The house looks nicer from this angle.
There's a lot of land for a pool, etc.
1.62 acre lot

Found this lovely, castle-like Tudor style mansion built in 2002, in Naperville, IL. I was NOT prepared for the interior. What were they thinking, designing a fairy tale brick Tudor with an interior like this? 6bds. 9ba, 10,495 sq ft, $3.888m.
I'm thinking that they renovated it, b/c there's stone under the white paint. Why would you do this to a Tudor?
The beamed coffered ceiling must've been painted over in white and gray. The kitchen is right off this main sitting room, that's completely made castle-style of stone walls and niches.
I wish they had before photos, b/c this wainscoting and fireplace must be wood underneath.
Lots of stone in the kitchen. It looks like the brick oven is now a decorative feature.
Notice all the different colored neon in the ceiling.
Room for a table and chairs in the corner.
When it comes to sitting rooms, this house has lots of options.
Here's another one. I can't get over all the stone they covered in white paint.
The primary bedroom is so gray and cold.
The ensuite is so sterile looking.
The upper floors.
Large empty room.
There's a bed and dresser in the huge space. Maybe it's a guest room.
Going down the stairs, you can see the Tudor style windows.
This is gigantic.
Behind the bar there's a full kitchen.
They've got a walk-in safe here.
This is the coldest home theater I've ever seen.
Shower room down here.
The lot is 1.43 acres with a fenced-in yard.
#this is horrific#i just want to restore it back#this style is fine if it's what you like and you live in a modern build tract home in an hoa community#that is about the only place it would be appropriate

Can't understand why this house isn't selling. It's a unique, whimsical, fairy tale home. Built in 1956 in Prescott, AZ, it has 3bds, 2ba, 1,725 sq ft. $795k.
There's an elegant little foyer.
A pretty living room is not open concept, but it's the perfect layout b/c you can see into the kitchen from here, yet it's a separate space.
The dining area off the kitchen is lovely.
The kitchen is a combination of rustic and vintage. This is beautifully done.
Then, you go thru this attractive little pass-thru to the bedrooms.
Such a pretty primary suite with a little foyer and doors to the garden.
Gorgeous vintage ensuite.
Bedroom #2 is so pretty.
And, this is bath #2, which has been skillfully remodeled.
The smallest room makes a beautiful sitting room and doubles as a guest room.
This gorgeous building is a sweet dining room large enough for entertaining in a homey atmosphere.
The garage is work of art.
It's so cute inside.
They don't show the interior, but there's an art studio above the garage.
And, look at the wonderful Vardo on the property. There's even a horse statue behind it.
The amazing interior of the Vardo.
The grounds are stunning. This looks like the entrance to a secret garden.
The whole house looks like it's right out of a story book.
Gates to the property.
0.52 acre lot. What an amazing home.

In 1982, quite by accident, a zookeeper at Izu Shaboten Zoo in Shizuoka Prefecture discovered that capybaras absolutely loved soaking in hot water, and the practice of providing them an onsen, or traditional Japanese hot spring, was born. Source Massimo; video @yu_haradakei.

I have a lot of respect for the guy who did the study about wolves, the one that came up with "alpha wolves". Because normally when you fuck up science, it just causes some delays and occasional pop-sci nonsense.
Dude fucked up science so badly he invented an entire new genre of pornography. I can only dream of being so influential.

This fixer upper is a bargain. It already has a pending sale. It's called "The Gatehouse," an 1859 historic home in Bellefonte, PA. 4bds, 3ba, 2,325 sq ft, $200k.
Cars will go thru your house to visit the cemetery. I don't know why, but I love this house. For the price, I think it's well worth fixing up. Take a look inside.
The front enters into a living room and the current owners installed a spiral staircase in the corner.
It's squeezed in a little tight, and there's a powder room in here, too. I don't know if I would keep that there.
Meanwhile, the stairs go up to a loft.
It's a nice big room and the heat is in.
The kitchen isn't done. That looks like a plate covering an opening where the stove was.
This area, however, has a new floor, drywall, and sink hookup.
So, it looks like they moved the kitchen.
This area would have to be reconfigured. Look at that high door. They've put in plenty of wall sockets. It's an interesting home.
Shower room.
This bedroom on the 2nd fl. is finished. It has a door to the terrace, and 2 closets.
Vintage bath. The tub is original. They saved it, but it's so rusty.
This is going to be a laundry room.
Hallway with vintage doors and floor. I think that this is the part of the house that is over the cemetery entrance so you can get to the other side.
I think that sometimes it's better if the owner didn't even start a reno. Like what was he doing here?
This little shed on the property is cute.
Looks like he was using it for storage and a workshop.
Got a sweet little yard here. That looks like an original Victorian fence.
There's the terrace, a nice little covered deck, and look at how the house goes over the entrance to the cemetery so you can cross to the other side. This house is so cool.
Cute.
Gravestone of the former owner. She watched over the cemetery after her husband's death.
Look at the original antique keys.
This home has history and it's so unique.
The home is a Folk Victorian style and some think it was moved to this location after being a law office. Others think that it always served as the entrance to the cemetery. The property has been acknowledged by historic preservation groups for its architectural and historic significance. So, what do you think? Worth it or not? 8,276 sq ft lot.

This is like a hacienda style castle, I guess. It's very vibrant, according to the listing, and you can tell it is by the bright orange exterior. Built in 1981 in Tucson, AZ, it has 4bds, 3ba, 4,297 sq ft, $1.35m.
Enter the hypnotic entrance hall. If you like this color combination, you'll like the rest of the house.
To the left, step down to a large, bright orange sunken living room.
To the right is the dining room. The walls are done in sponge technique faux finishes.
The color scheme of the entrance hall carries throughout the house into the kitchen.
Nice area for the kitchen table by the windows in the family room.
Family room with fireplace has a door to a covered patio.
Large orange primary bedroom has a Mexican style corner fireplace.
Gigantic bath even has stairs to the upper floor.
Stone shower looks like it's in one of the towers.
The stairs come up to this room, that looks like it may be the closet/dressing room.
In this secondary bedroom they removed the closet doors, put in shelving, and hung a curtain rod, instead.
One of the smaller baths. Don't like these colors and tiles.
Very large storage room/pantry and laundry room.
It doesn't look like this garage was ever used.
Look at the size of this sun room.
Outside there's a patio.
Another outdoor area with a pergola.
Lovely gardens with a fountain.
Plus a pool with hot tub.
.85 acre lot.
