This building has 115 stories and has the head quarters for Ping An Insurance, hotel rooms, offices, and retail spaces in a high-end shopping mall.

It is a 123 story tall skyscraper which is located near Seoul’s Han River next to the 1989’s Lotte World Complex which contains a theme park, movie theaters and a shopping mall. The building hosts retail outlets, residences, a luxury hotel, private office spaces, and a huge observation deck on the top to provide a complete view of the Han River and the entire Sincheon-dong neighborhood.
