“Oh, hey Ryoutaro!”, Gentarou shot his hands up, feet kicked up on the table now. “I dunno man, I felt somethin’ buggin’ at the back of my head, like a tiny voice yellin’ at me to hold a meeting! So here we are!”, Gentarou said with a big smile. His smile dropped a little, and he felt at the back of his neck. “It’s just, I felt Ryuusei wouldn’t of wanted me to put it off.”, Gentarou admitted. Ryuusei wouldn’t of let the club stand idle for as long as it did. It was up to Gentarou to get it done. He had to buckle down and get serious. “I hope it’s not a big deal, or nothin’. We’re just gonna use it as a meet up point, you don’t really gotta worry about feedin’ anyone or nothin’.”, Gentarou told Ryoutaro, hoping that’d ease him a little about the whole thing.
Ryoutaro couldn’t bring himself to be angry at Gentaro. He wasn’t angry when he entered the café and found the other Rider there. Surprised and a bit concerned that Gentaro had managed to get in when Ryoutaro could’ve sworn he’d locked the door, sure; but not angry.
“It’s fine. Just, uh, notify one of us first next time maybe?” he said as he gave Gentaro a sympathetic smile.
Despite Gentaro’s reassurance that he wasn’t there for the free food, Ryoutaro couldn’t, in good conscious, offer nothing to what was technically a guest and customer. This was a café, after all. And considering how stressed the other Rider must be, Ryoutaro felt it was something of a duty of his to help lessen that stress -- if only a little bit.
“Would you like something to drink?” he asked, digging through the grocery bags, unsure of what he was looking for. “We have tea, coffee, and... I think there’s a bottle of melon juice in the fridge...”

Gentarou hung the flag over the doors of the Milk Dipper, which directed to the meeting inside. He’d hope there’d be a turn out tonight. He’d even go through applications as well while he was at it. He knew there had to of been some new material in the city by this point. It’d been rough since Ryuusei had left, and it was a challenge to even call the club together. It was their club, really, and Ryuusei had done most of the real work for it. But Gentarou would be damned if he was gonna let the club fall apart on his own stupid accord. He had to stand tall and keep the ship floating.
Gentarou sat with a small agenda, though he planned to play most of the meeting by ear. He kept a watch on the door, ready to greet whoever it was that came through it.
(( if you’re not in the Kamen Rider Club and would like to be, shoot an application over to hivekrc ! feel free to start a convo with anyone also in the club, just make sure to tag the post as #hivekrc ! ))
“... Gentaro-san? What are you doing in here?”
He had only stepped out briefly. With almost everything else prepared, the only thing left to do was tidy up the little café-slash-library and make sure the kitchen was fully stocked -- a duty that invariably fell to Ryoutaro. He hadn’t expected anyone else to be there tonight, let alone for it to be Gentaro, of all people.
He knew they’d agreed to allow KRC meetings to be held at the Milk Dipper, but they hadn’t even officially opened yet! They didn’t even have a finalized menu yet!
Ryoutaro had stared at the front door, puzzled, for a good few minutes before finally opening the door. What surprised him even more than Gentaro’s presence was the other Rider’s very serious expression. It reminded Ryoutaro of the first time they’d met, and the speech on friendship Gentaro had given him.
Slowly, quietly closing the door behind him, Ryoutaro walked past Gentaro to the kitchen and set the bags of groceries he’d been carrying out on the countertop.
“No one told me there’d be a meeting... How long have you been here?”

Hello, community! It’s been a little while since we last made a post of this nature, and as such, many of the blogs that have liked our previous masterlist post may have gone inactive or simply dropped without unliking it! I think this is the fourth post of this type that we’ll be making, but if you’d like to find the older ones, you should be able to dig them out by looking through our modnote tag! For simplicity’s sake, we’ll be copying over the main message of this post from previous entries.
We understand that following the entire masterlist can be a daunting task, but with Tumblr’s new feature, there is hope! All you have to do is scroll through the notes of everyone who likes this post and simply click the ‘+’ sign to your right (beside the name).
So in an effort to cut down the time manually spent going through our taken list, please like this post (Citta roleplay accounts only, we’ll make a mun post separately) and circulate it around if you wish!
Thank you all for understanding and making it easier on all involved!
Important! If you’re getting here from the link on the masterlist, there are two ways to get this feature to work. You can either click the ‘view’ button next to the ‘follow’ and ‘dashboard’ buttons, or, after liking the post, you can go to your likes and find the post there!
Happy following!

[ ✥ ]—— The train is a lot more jam packed than Wataru thought. He shouldn’t be surprised– there’s just one train running through the city, maybe two if they’re lucky enough, and too many citizens that need it. The fact they’ve found a spot to rest their legs is enough of a concession fate gave on them that he doesn’t feel like complaining.
He’s also noticing the sand trail, and he’s trying to ignore it as much as he can, so to avoid people from drawing attention towards the both of them. Ryoutaro doesn’t need more troubles than he’s already dealing with. Wataru sighs, opening the window a little to let some air in, and then turns to the other rider when spoken to.
“Uh? About… approximately three months, I suppose.” The most uneventful three months spent mostly in solitude and trying to contact people he knows, also trying not to die by the hand of the Pariah in Alpha. “Woke up, got some little information about the city and then suddenly thrown around. I had to survive in one of the districts for a month, but now I’m in an apartment and things are looking up.”
“There’re apartments here?” Ryoutaro said, surprise clearly evident in his voice. He really was new to this place -- he didn’t even realize you could move out of whatever home the scientists gave you. He’d assumed he and Momotaros would be stuck in a creepy underground hut until they found a way out of the city. Maybe they should look into an apartment at some point...
“Well, it’s good that things are working out for you now... We still know so little about this city, but if you’re doing well then it can’t be all that bad, can it?” Ever the optimist, Ryoutaro was.

Eiji had looked behind him initially to see who was addressing him, wondering where the voice was coming from. It was only by a small tilt of his head and hearing the rustling branches did he quickly get up from out of his seat, looking upwards with a rather shocked expression.
“ How..?! H-Hold on, let me..! “ Eiji would quickly start looking around the tree, wondering what he could possibly do. Opting to stand on the bench, he’d quickly stretch his hand up towards the poor man and tried to pull him down with all his might.
“ H-Hold on! Take my hand and.. I’ll help you down..! How did.. you can answer that later..!! “
Ryoutaro hesitated. His spot on the branch was pretty precarious, but if he took it slow and steady... Steeling himself, he carefully, carefully reached out for the man below.
「 Please don’t break please don’t break please don’t break. 」 It took far too long for Ryoutaro to get a hold of the man’s hand, but as far as he was concerned it was better to be safe than sorry. Using the branch as leverage, he leapt onto the bench below, right next to the stranger (and only stumbling just a little bit as his feet found purchase).
Once his heart stopped pounding, Ryoutaro flashed the man a thankful smile.
“I... Thank you. Um. Would you believe me if I said that wasn’t the first time that’s happened to me?”

Hearing the yelling on the other end Ura couldn’t help but move the phone a bit farther from his ear. He could practically just use it like it was on speaker with how loud the guy’s voice was.
That was Momotaros alright.
“Sempai–” At first Urataros found himself trying to interrupt but soon he instead found himself going silent. A deep sigh escaped himself as he listened and stared blankly at the ground in front of him.
He now was going to have accept what he’s done, didn’t he? But why was Mootaros the one yelling at him? Didn’t Ryoutaro want to not meet him anymore? By how it sounded it seemed like Ryoutarou and him both wanted to keep his company..?
“I–..” There was a pause as he spoke. He didn’t think he’d ever have to actually face him and reply about this. Sure it wasn’t literally facing him and that made it actually worse. Ura was great at face to face lying. On the phone he felt more like he could be truthfully and it made him have deep regret. “I thought he’d prefer me far away..”
A deep breath. Another sigh.
“I suspected with my treat me and actions of our first encounter that it was preferred to never have to face me again, so I’ve done my best to avoid it from occurring.. I keep treating you both as if you are the two men I’ve spent years travelling and spending time with even though I know you’re not.
“It’s hard to separate that when the bond is so important. Naturally, bonds are important to imagin by default. We only exist because Ryoutarou wants us too. At least, at my current point, I only exist still because Ryoutarou didn’t want the memories of our lives together to die.” He swallowed hard.
“I can still remember his face when he begged Owner that there had to be a way to save us. I still remember him not allowing any of us to fight by his side in hopes of keeping us alive longer. He even almost got himself killed because of it. … You were the one who got it through his head he needed to work with us if we were going to save anyone. Even if it meant loosing us for good..
”I can’t stop living in the past.”
Somehow, Momotaros managed to keep quiet as Urataros spoke. Jeez, the guy sure was a windbag, wasn’t he? In that moment, with his eyes beginning to glaze over from boredom, the Imagin almost regretted calling.
But then, Urataros stopped, letting that last sentence hang between them for a moment. Momotaros had to laugh. “Heh, accordin’ to yer story, ain’t we the ones livin’ in the past? See, that’s why I hate all this time travel shit, it’s confusin’ an’ leads to these kinda situations all the damn time.
“But-- Look. Maybe we didn’t... get off on the right foot. An’ yeah, some’a the stuff ya said an’ the way ya acted was, well-- I’m gonna be honest with ya here, it was kiiiinda weird. But dammit, ya can’t just-- just whack us upside the head with all’a that then disappear off the face of the damn earth!”
「 Er, sorry to interrupt, but... mind if I talk to Urataros-san for a bit? 」
『 Oh, uh-- sure, knock yerself out. 』
Well, he’d done what he came here to do, anyway. Without so much as a warning to the other Imagin, Momotaros handed the reins (in a manner of speaking) back to Ryoutaro.
“Hi, um -- Urataros-san? Are you still there?”

His ears fluttered as he registered the tiny person within the glass was shouting something again. He heard him perfectly well, and most likely understood him. Yet, did he care?
He gave it some thought. Free the tiny being within the bottle, and sacrifice something so interesting to discover an outcome that he wasn’t sure of?
Definitely not.
Lion set the bottle down on the sand and batted at it, spinning it around in the sand and toying with it like any other cat toy. Who needs feathers and laser pointers when you have small people to annoy? This was a cat’s dream.
“Wha-- Oh for cryin’ out-- stop that you stupid cat!”
Really, he should have expected this. It might be a weird color, but it was still an animal, and as far as Momotaros was concerned animals were one of two things: dumb, or evil little spawns of hell. And right now, the lion sure as hell wasn’t proving otherwise.
(Though if Momotaros were to be completely honest with himself, he did kinda have a soft spot for cats. As annoying as this particular cat was, it was a hell of a lot more preferable than, say, a dog. Especially a certain dog that belonged to a certain grandson of a certain contract holder.)
As the minutes dragged on without any sign that the lion was going to start being, y’know, helpful, the Imagin finally resorted to drastic measures.
“Listen, uh... Pinkie? Mind if I call ya that? Listen, Pinkie, d’ya know what I am? I’m an Imagin. I grant wishes. So, if ya let me outta this bottle, I could grant ya a wish! Whaddya say? Lifetime supply of catnip? World’s largest ball of yarn? C’mon, just let me out an’ I’ll give ya whatever ya want!”
Hey, it wasn’t technically a lie.

That Which Binds Us [Event] [Closed]
zeronostar
There were perks to living underground in a tiny dilapidated hut surrounded by mutant zombies. As Ryoutaro scrolled through news and blog reports of a bizarre new virus outbreak, he was once again struck by how weirdly lucky he’d been so far.
The reports told of a virus that spread through proximity and contact and... And that’s where Ryoutaro’s knowledge ended. What did the virus do? He had no idea, every description he found of the symptoms was wildly inconsistent. Was it fatal? He sure hoped not -- but then, he’d found nothing that said otherwise.
He wondered if anyone he knew had been infected. Surely they were all safe... right?
For whatever reason, Ryoutaro found his thoughts drifting to Yuuto first. They hadn’t seen each other in months, and the last time they’d spoken it was a brief text conversation. Truth be told, Ryoutaro was still unsure of what to think of him. What do you say to someone when their future self was something of an older brother to you?
The more he thought about it, the more he wondered if this was how Koutaro felt, too.
Before he really knew what he was doing, Ryoutaro already had Yuuto’s number highlighted in his phone. He hesitated, thumb hovering over the call button.
『 Jus’ hit the damn button already, we ain’t got all day. 』
「 I-I was, I was! 」
And as he hit the button and waited for Yuuto to pick up, Ryoutaro’s anxiety began to skyrocket. Should he have texted instead? What if he was bothering him? What if Yuuto didn’t want to talk to him right now? Maybe he should have called Koutaro or Kousuke or anyone else first or...

“Tsk. If there’s a monster,” which knowing their luck, was completely true, “We can take care of it.“ Under normal circumstances, Koutaro wouldn’t have believed anything about a sea monster. Not an actual not-Imagin related sea monster, anyway, but Hive City was anything but normal. This sudden heat wave was already strange enough.
“Why? Are you scared, Momotaros?”
“I’m not scared, ya snot-nosed punk! I’m just tryin’ to show some freakin’ consideration here!” Not that Momotaros was all that inclined to go into the water. He was made out of sand, after all. Magic time sand, but sand nonetheless.
“But if ya think you can handle it, then by all means, go ahead an’ look for that monster yourself. Take your furry monster, too, while ya at it!”
“... Oooor we could go find where the KRC is set up!” Ryoutaro quickly suggested, hoping to diffuse what he feared might soon become an argument.
