The day had been one she had off, finally settling down with the Doctor had been a dream. Ever since she met him as nine, she knew he was the one. Of course that made her more disillusioned when it came to his skills at mundane things.

For a man who was so smart, a man who could explain quantum physics, and time and stars like no other being on the entirety of earth- the whole universe even- he was rather hopeless when it came to homes, mortgages, and taxes. She gave him a soft smile, trying her best to not laugh at his rather sad attempt to get her to do things for him.

“You’re gonna have to learn to at some point. If anything happened to me, you’d be right hopeless. I’ll help you look, but I’m not doin it myself.”
