I love your guys comic so much! I loved the old art style and i loved seeing how its improved and evolved as well!!! And while i know art style isnt meant to be diegetic to the characters i do have a headcanon anyway about how Jonahs look has changed a bit. Post final visitor and pre mercy, jonah strikes me as the kind of character who lives day to day and not caring too much about comfort. Like if he skips a meal here or there or sleeps outside more than on a bed hes fine with that. So while hes still taking care of himself ok, hes probably a liiiittle underweight for his build, this giving him that very chiseled jaw, hollywood look. Then hes traveling with mercy and hes making a point to take care of her, and in making sure shes eating 3 meals a day and sleeping on a bed as often as possible HES eating 3 meals a day and sleeping better as well. So he goes from that very chiselled sliiiightly underfed hollywood looking buff to that filled out strong man kind of buff look.

Haha, honestly it never occurred to me to come up with a headcanon for my natural art style shift, but this is really cute! I like it!
