Beetroot wrap, with roasted shoulder of lamb in an apricot glaze, spinach, guacamole, grated carrot, pickled cucumber, mozzarella & herb pesto.

Bacon and egg sandwich - lemon mustard egg salad and crispy prosciutto with avocado, watercress, and rocket.

Dessert: Home-made chocolate chip cookie.

Sticky Pork Bao: Bao bun with garlic, ginger, chilli, spring onion, honey, soy pork with cucumber salad and crushed chilli peanuts.

Tuna, feta, and spinach, with lentil & pearl barley in lemon & thyme oil dressing, on a robust sourdough.

Week 38: This week’s sandwich was from Simon.  

Spicy orange and sesame chicken. Free-range chicken, basted and cooked in a marmalade, sesame oil, cayenne pepper and tabasco blend. Stuffed into a pitta with butterhead lettuce and sliced oranges. Drizzled in the remaining oil mix.

Saltimbocadillo: Ciabatta, sage aioli, rocket, beef (*not* veal) saltimbocca, smoked cheddar, pickled onions.  Drizzled with pan gravy.
