i'm gonna be honest, i don't know how to explain Biking Pilog. sometimes you wake up, and you make a typo, and you're in vc with Rubyco while he's setting up for stream, and suddenly he's changed his discord profile in Viking's discord to everyone's new favorite bootleg, and then you make a skin, and then Ruby spends a stream wearing that skin,

and then Viking himself decides to walk up and do lore as Navigator and therefore canonizes the existence of Biking Pilog

im going to be drawing stuff from last lore stream FOREVER im obsessed with it. its so friggin good. i missed doing comics and while working on the transcript i kept having vivid thoughts about how the scene would go in comic form and i had to drop everything and go for it. im pretty happy with the paneling and framing here

i am Always thinking about Sapphire and Navigator's first conversation.

i already talked about how the "I missed talking to you." bit hurts, but then the conversation turns to this and. augh. especially now with the information about why Sapphire got trapped in the time loop in the first place. it's not just that Sapphire can't leave, it's that they're not allowed to leave. they can't come home.

i miss these two so much :(

ive had this idea for a tRuby art since first hearing the song earlier this year, when Ruby played it on stream and mentioned it being a tRuby song. the event was a perfect opportunity to finally make it a reality! out of all the jukeboxes i did this one might be my favorite because it came out exactly as i imagined :D

there's a lot of details i want to talk about but dont know if i shoujld because i want to see if anybody notices them! and i'll be posting the other jukeboxes throughout the day. WOO
