Imagine if Bilbo had a daughter.
His daughter as a kid, Bilbo would be sitting on his little bench smoking his pipe when he suddenly hears his little girl yelling “Daddy! Daddy!” running up the path and Bilbo smiled wide and puts out his pipe walking out onto the path and bending down to greet her with a hug. Wrapping his arms around her and standing up with a spin and giving her a little kiss on the cheek and she picked him a flower. Then they walked into the garden and she helps him plant flowers, and he rubs a little dirt on her nose and she just giggles away and tried to put dirt on his nose.
But then when shes older and a young teenage boy breaks her heart and sends her home crying Bilbo get furious. When hearing the bell at his door he rushed over to the door, opening it to see the boy and Bilbo would close the door, grab him by the shirt and slam him agents the door telling him to never come back and never look at his daughter again or hell break his neck.
