But Alex doesn’t have a chance to miss them before they find their way back to his skin to cup his face. With warm palms and sweeping thumbs, Henry demands his attention. It’s only after their eyes lock that Henry speaks. “I want you. I don’t know if I’ve lived a moment of this life not wanting you, Alex.”

Henry reaches up and traces Alex’s cheek. Alex closes his eyes at his touch and lets Henry map his face with the pads of his fingers. He brushes over the curve of Alex’s ear, thumbs at the cut of his jaw and the indent of his chin dimple. Alex feels himself practically trembling, half in anticipation and half in response to the tenderness of the moment.

“Yes, sweetheart?” he asks innocently, lowering his mouth once more. Understanding flashes in Henry’s eyes a split second before Alex has latched onto his tummy and is blowing raspberries in earnest, Henry squirming and giggling beneath him, swatting halfheartedly.  “You,” Henry gasps at a particularly loud and filthy raspberry, “are a demon .”  “A sex demon?”  “A deranged demon.”  “Mhmmm,” Alex replies, scrambling up and pulling Henry up after him, “you love it.”  Henry sighs. “Yes, well,” he crowds Alex, using his extra inches of height to envelop him in the expanse of his shoulders, “I guess I have depraved tastes.” He hooks a finger under Alex’s chin and tilts his face up. He looks every inch a disney prince with his tousled hair and pretty smile. Alex’s heartbeat stutters in his chest as Henry kisses him deeply.
