* 1000 calories is way too much.
* I can’t eat it if I don’t know the exact amount of calories in it.
* I can eat 600 calories, but not 601.
* gaining one pound gives me a anxiety attack.
* wasting money on food I will binge, just to throw it up later.
* I’m worth nothing as soon as I’m not at my goal weight.
* actually, there is no goal weight.
* baking a cake for my family and ending up eating the whole thing by yourself.
* buying chocolate for a friends birthday and ending up eating it.
* making myself sick makes me feel better.
* Its not about food.
* I’m hungry. I need to starve.
* I’m full. I need to binge.
* I can’t eat in front of you. But I will eat 3 Pizzas secretly in my room.

Even if they say “you’re getting thin”
It’s not enough:
Because I’m still over 150 pounds
Because I’m still obese according to my BMI
Because whenever I binge I suddenly believe I’ve gone all the way back to my sw
Because I don’t see it myself
Because my waist and thighs are still the same size, no matter how much weight I lose, how much I restrict, or how much I exercise
We’re all pretty fucked up, because we live for these comments, but it’s not enough, and it might never be.
